These resistance bands were just what I was looking for. I travel frequently and can not always find a gym. These bands allow me to work out anywhere. They are lightweight and packable in my suitcase. With 5 different tension bands, I have a wide range to use for different exercises. Light tension bands for warmups and the heavier tension for low reps high weight exercises like curls.

I'm using them for my leg fracture healing. My physical theraphy trainer had simular bands so I bought these for doing self therapy at home. They are thicker and of batter quality than I exspected and I've used a few of the different sizes to strethen my leg.

Nice set of bands for working out! I have shoulder issues forcing me to use more resistance bands, and these are perfect, wide range of different resistance for different movements!

Yellow is like spaghetti and so is the red. Closest to any resistance starts with the black one. Just not the quality I was expecting. How can you mess up an elastic band!
