worst product not working .......after pressing it is not showing zero...........while you are putting battery it starts automatically with beep sound............it should not happen .............very bad experience .....never go with this product....... see in the images after pressing tare also it is not showing zero.........pathetic... it is not possible to submit review without selecting star.......otherwise for this item I would have given zero star...........I requested for return ,,,seller is saying that I will have to send it back it to seller by India post parcel service or any other courier service....of my choice.... but seller will pay for only India post parcel charges......which is rupees 35/Kg.... now think over it ....how they are making fool to customers while they send the item to me by DTDC courier... I bought this item in exchange of 231 rupees....now I will go to any courier service at least they will charge rupees hundred.....plus my time and fare to go to courier service.... and still it is not sure whether you will get your money or not?

It's a very bad product because it never gives me actual weight reading i.e for 10 Kg actual weight it shoes sometimes 10.6 Kg / 10.9 Kg or sometimes 11.2 Kg. So, it is waste of money.

giving proper result only when hanged freely and no wind around, with the lock weight feature turned off (long press the Tare button after switching on the device, it will display some L_OF, by default the lock weight feature becomes on as soon as the device is started). Not a very easy to use device for "not willing to be so much thoughtful" 😏 people. reducing two stars because of the free batteries provided, just see the photo, if I put that ere battery in this "non returnable" device, it will go "acid burned" in two days! 😡 could have understood for a tiny toony seller but did not expect from Cloudtail!

Namaste🙏It is average product,dont expect much from this product.If u want to buy best quality than u have to spend some extra rupees .It has also errors ,sometimes it shows extra readings. It becomes diffcult to weigh as one have to lift weight.It is chinese product so be careful i dont think it will last long.Somtimes it doesn't show anything.I will recommend to buy normal weighing scale as it can be used for weighing and can be used to weigh lpg cylinders.👉👉PLEASE PRESS THE HELPFUL BUTTON IF YOU LIKE THIS REVIEW 👈👈

First I thought of giving 4 stars. Then I think about the price. It's pretty good. I bought this one when I robbed by SpiceJet. My two trollies were weighed 19kg and 20kg respectively, and I am charged 3600 bucks (400 bucks per KG). But I had doubts, I was quite sure that it can't be that heavy. Once I reach my flat I ordered this weighing machine. And I was right, the trollies weighed at a 16kg and 17kg respectively. And SpiceJet charged me extra 6kg due to the faulty machine.Now you might be thinking this could be the fault of this unit. But it's not, rather this one is very much perfect that every time I traveled, the weight shown in this machine matched exactly the same as the weight in the airport.Yes, the build could have been better, the default weight unit is Oz, and you have to change it every time after switching on.Make sure while weighing, the luggage is freely hanging and there's no air turbulence.

Product seems to be okay but did not like the quality of the buttons they have used and also the batteries that was with the product was already dead.... Seems that there is no quality check before shipping.... Irresponsible...

Worst product on Amazon. Never buy it . cheap chinese crap , no value for money. Does not show any weight neither the temp works it keeps showing -33 degrees . The product is surely not meant for Indian sub tropicals i guess. Also no return policy . Please Amazon put a Red Warning sign for such crappy products so that we are ready for the after sale consequences..

Product is good but I found worn out batteries post opening the packet. I replaced them with the new one and the balance was working fine. It has an error of 4-5 gms only, which is acceptable. I weighed a brand new soap weighing 250 gms with this balance. It measured 255 gms. This could be due to the weight of packing and polythene which was used to pack and hang the soap respectively. Balance is easy to use and calibrate. It has a locking mechanism to confirm the weight with a beep sound. The display has a green illumination which makes easy to measure in low light.
