Highly recommended for baking
Best parchment paper for baking. My brownies turned out so well! It was a breeze to remove the paper. In other brands, the butter seeps through the paper and makes the tray greasy when I bake cookies. With this one, there's absolutely no issue. It's perfect, 10/10 recommend.

Works Well
Overall, I like the quality of the parchment paper. I have used this for baking as well as setting things like no bake oat bars, peanut butter bars etc and I am quite satisfied with the way it has worked. (For baking I sometimes like to oil and flour/ do some sort of appropriate tin-prep method even if I’m using parchment.) I didn’t have any issues with the paper burning. I bake breads frequently and line the bread tin with parchment. Most of my breads go into a preheated oven of 220 and bakes for ten minutes at least at 200, after which I generally lower the temperature to 180. The paper has held up pretty well. The cutter on the box works well. The only thing I don’t like is the logo running along the length of the paper. I prefer plain sheets or smaller logos.

Never think twice , try it and bake it
It’s very good I ordered 20 metres eco bake parchment paper but i received echo bake + 16 metres baking paper , don’t know why but I didn’t returned it because it’s good quality and my brownie came out so well without messy and no need to grease oil too good

defective product received by CLOUDTAIL (as usually)
About the product: Oddy paper is great paper but: I received defective product. The paper roll box had little metallic cutter attached along the paper roll box -> it was defectively attached upside-down to the box and it can not cut paper properly as it tears on every attempt. Also have to notice another important issue: It appears the seller CLOUDTAIL always delivering partially defective products. I remember at least 3 purchases in the past: xbox360 game console received partially defective, recently 3M plastic earmuffs received completely defective and now this oddy paper. Some other buyers have also similar experience please read the comments on 'cloudtail sending defective products' issues..
