I got lot of homeMate products (smart switch, switch breaker, Smart IR, etc.) from Amazon store and I am very satisfied with the seller as they offer good quality products and their replacement policy is also good. At begining I received a faulty product but after placing replacement request within 3 day product was replaced with the new one, it was hassel free and the newly received product is working fine with app as well as Alexa voice commands. They have their own application where we can look for all switches and there functions. Its has user friendly UI. Product is worth the money. Highly recommended.

Awesome and works fine and no issues

Had to replace first because first product was not working and seemed fake. Replaced product was good, worked great.Pros1. Easy installation, I did it myself.2. Went inside of single switch box3. It has few other functions which was lacking in my smart plug.4. My geyser switch point in above inside false ceiling, so smart plug was not accessible for manual change. This device overrides that and provide option to on and off.5. Worked with alexa, no issue.Hope it works for long time, my smart plug working for last 3 year without issue.ConsSoftware take long time to detect if device is offline.Will update long term review after few month.

I purchased a set of three WiFi smart switches from this brand, and unfortunately, all three devices failed to work properly. Two of them had connectivity issues and could not be reset despite multiple attempts. The third switch had a non-functional relay, rendering it useless.I spent Rs2200 on these switches, and it has turned out to be a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against buying this product as it has been nothing but a disappointment. The quality and functionality of these switches do not meet even the basic expectations.I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and regret investing in this product. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid making the same mistake. Save your money and look for a more reliable and functional alternative.

It can only handle 1 element, that is upto 3000Watt. I think that is suitable for AC or Fridge or cooler, or something heavy load. Not recommended if you want to automate multiple elements, go for the Node 3+1 unit, that will be worth it.

I have gotten several of these to use in my house for exhaust automation, balcony lights and facade lights.Installation is very easy, they have WhatsApp support which shares all video links for installation. It's a good retrofit inside the existing switchboards. Took 10-15 mins to install with minimal wiring. At first you power it, it'll start from the connection mode which is easy to setup once you have the app running. Auto detects and adds. I now use the lights with google home as turning on at sunset and turns off at midnight every day.For exhaust I've automated it to run every 2 hrs. while I'm not home so that the house is well ventilated.Will definitely get more of other automations. Good build, Made in India one.
