Hidden USD128/Year Fee for FCA Vehicles?

No. The U.S. FCA only supports “Autoauth,” which has an annual fee of 50. THINKCAR does not participate in any charges. The 128 price applies solely to login access in the EU and other regions. The “purchase” cannot be completed in the United States.

when you receive a product with issues such as a tampered seal, screen problems, or charging/power-on issues?

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Since the seller has not yet shipped the item, we are unable to inspect it. Please send us the relevant photos, and we will replace it with a brand-new item and reimburse your shipping costs.

Experiencing compatibility issues with specific vehicle models or software?

Please do not worry. Access support through the “I.M.” feature within the scanner. If you do not receive a response, let us know via Amazon Messages, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

Which modules are compatible with the THINKSCAN 689BT?

Supported Models: iPro (TPMS Learning Tool, VENU5 Tire Pressure Sensor), TK101 (I.M.M.O., must be on the compatibility list), TES102 (Endoscope Camera with Light)

Subscription and other fees?

Never. FCA fees are associated with the official website “Autoauth.” When you have an account, the scanner will automatically prompt you to log in when diagnosing FCA vehicles. The manufacturer does not charge any fees.
