You don't need one. Simply go to YouTube and type in "pull-ups using resistance bands" and get to work. You would definitely feel a difference with the band and it does help your pull up count immensely. And as a result, your body will change.

Do they contain latex?

I would have to say yes. The high end variety. I assume that you are allergic to latex?

I am just under 190 pounds and can do pull ups but I want assistance for muscle ups, which one should I get?

Are these bands the really smooth latex or do they have some grip to them? The smooth bands move around too much when wrapped around metal surfaces.

They have some grip🤔haven’t had any issues with mine I use them for assisted pull-ups, trunk rotations, and hamstring curls 🙌 they don’t seem to move around😁hope that helped💪I love my bands they are Great!!!❤️
