Not what i was expected inside the pack but a quality item. Premium batteries containing high end DMEGC cells within. These are the 21700 lithium form factor cells and are rated at 4500mAh at a nominal 3.7v, The pack only contains 4 cells though, this is therefore a 14.8v nominal rated pack. This means that the manufacturer has chosen to cheap out using less cells, so to achieve a 25+ voltage the product effectively steps up the voltage on the charge controller to output 25v this in turn means power losses in step up conversion of voltages hence the quoted 2500 mAh on the back of the unit. now this is achievable and safe considering the descent cells and thick thin strips with flexible short wires from the cell pack internally but would still be putting the cells under a fair bit of stress if used without the power supply constantly connected as you are drawing higher amperage at the nominal 14v compared to a 25v pack of cells. This also means that the whole unit will have a shorter shelf life compared to most other types of battery packs. For me i would be saying that this should only ever be used as a backup for power failure in an emergency and never be ran intentionally without power. Other than this the equipment is very high quality and fit for purpose. 5 Star back up power to get you out of the chair.

Bought 2 of these and they barely last a couple of days. They are being returned.

The battery charges in quick time but unfortunately it doesn’t last very long, and you can be easily caught out with a flat battery.

Worked fine on our lazy boy-style electric recliner. I was able to unplug it from the power brick and use this instead which means it no longer needs to be plugged into the wall which also means I don't have an unsightly extension lead around the side now. It works great, it just needed plugging in initially to charge the internal battery built in the box. When it's charged you just plug the power interface cord from the sofa into it using the 2-pin interface. It small and compact so you can hide the pack under the sofa and out of the way behind the chair.I like the LED display so you can see power remaining.

No se si era un problema puntual, pero me marcaba un 95% de bateria y de repente esta a 0%, con apenas uso, solo con estar conectada en unas dos semanas sin apenas uso, ya se va la bateria.....Pero al poner la valoracion me contactaron y mandaron otra nueva que si parece que esta funcionando correctamente
