These are the most comfortable shoes! They are like walking on a cloud. The fit is right on. They offer a lot of support and are very good looking. I wear these for at least an eight-hour day and my feet are never sweaty. Definitely worth every penny,

I bought a size 11 Brooks Men's Ghost Max 2, and it fits great! I run consistently, and the mesh material held up better than the Max 1. It looks stylish and never gets blisters when I'm wearing the Max 2.

These are the best fitting, most comfortable shoes I've ever worn for standing up or daily wear. (They're still not Keen sandals., but...) They support the foot and arch perfectly, and the foot imprints into the insole and forms a perfect custom fit. The traction, though the soles are thin and flat, is great, no issues. The color is great, all muted black with no extraneous colors or overly visible advertising. They are in my opinion far better than the adrenaline gts24, which made me feel like I was falling forward. The closest competitor shoe I've found is the New Balance 1080, which may or may not be better for walking depending on how your center of gravity is. P.S. Had these four months now and still the same. Only potential downside I've noticed is that the soles "poot" on hard surfaces, probably because they have fairly deep air channels in the middle of the sole that allow air to be forced out as I walk? Doesn't bother me at all.

I'm thankful that brooks running makes a 4e shoe since my feet are so darn wide. The ghost max 2 are a well made shoe that adds support and cushioning for walking, running, and standing all day. You can definitely feel the shock absorption with every step. I work as a physical therapist on my feet all day and these shoes definitely save my feet. Some ideas for improvement would include having more color options for the bigger width sizes and the lateral support can occasionally dig into the lateral foot for wide foot people like myself. Otherwise, I recommend this shoe.
