Yes sure it is very good product cz I have maid at home and being Goan I like lot if coconut recipes. Now I help her for grating coconut and ask her to prepare my favorite food as I direct her receipes too

Real time and effort saver in the kitchen
Real time and effort saver in the kitchen. The product is pretty robust. Does the job quite well. It is made in India and not China. The grater speed is rather high and one needs to be very careful while grating the coconut. The torque on this thing is powerful and you must grip the coconut really well to grate it safely. I have tried both versions, the single speed and the multi speed one. In my opinion, a lower speed would have come in handy, especially when the coconut is too large to be gripped securely. This multi-speed model has 3 speed settings i.e. normal, fast and faster. The single speed model is capable of running only at normal speed. Ideally, I would have liked the multi-speed model to have the ability of choosing between slower, normal, and faster speeds compared to the single speed model. This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

Not a good product. It has become out of order within 2 years.
After sales service is very poor. I am doing follow up with them for service-for last 6 months, but no proper response. Kindly arrange to repair the same with manufacture.

Average product.
Update: contacted sunstar and they said they couldn't help as i bought it from Amazon and asked me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller Jaivin, got a prompt response and they also fixed the scraper after charging me for the part. Glad that it is working now. Stopped working after 3 months.

Machine not working Then how can I guarantee the product is working good for long. If amazon sending this type of product is very sad to here. We are wasted our time

Easy to use, but no service center in thane or no service done. My machine is not working and i dont hv to time to go at goregoan for repair(that also v hv to go in week days). I like ur product. Bt not ur service. In short im nt satisfied wit after sales service
