Stretch Stretch Stretch
Every morning, I stretch for at least 30 minutes. These bands are excellent for shoulders, legs & hips. If you use them every day, they will eventually stretch and snap. Don't take that negativity for each will last for months and merely need a replacement. A must have if you know the value of stretching, exercise, fitness, etc.
