Great fast little desktop- refurb worked like a charm
What an amazing little desktop!!!! I have a personal pc since I choose to not use my work laptop for anything personal! My old optiplex was having issues & unable to upgrade to 11. I took a. Hands on this refurbished desktop. & WOW am I impressed! It has all the bells & whistles to last for years to come. I have 2 external HDs and now this is a 3rd due to the 1 TB. HD. It’s just quick with the 32gb ram. Also installed my dual monitors And It’s so small - I’m saving alot of space with this mini , works like it’s brand new . I also added the 3 yr insurance plan just in case.

Great value for every day business use (email and browsing)
I am using these computers at my business. I had to replace a lot of my old ones, because Windows 10 is no longer supported. My friend told me to order these off of Amazon. Great value for the money. Computer works super fast and serves its purpose for my business.

Devices overheating and simply shutting down.
Over the years I have ordered on this account 9 pcs and had 2 of these next described problem. Issue Reported: The device was reported to be overheating during system updates and simply shutting down and not updating. Findings: The CPU would randomly spike in usage for no apparent reason, along with that the fan also gets very loud. The device would update and restart to apply updates but halfway through it would simply shutdown.

Works as it should, very fast with windows 11.

Good Value Computer
This has worked very well. It has sufficient solid state storage for my needs and enough ports for the items I need to connect.

Look closely its a wireless usb dongle not a card!
Wifi is a cheap usb dongle in the back of the computer. There is no Bluetooth support. We are now replacing the worthless dongles with proper wireless cards.

Great computer - a few addons needed
Great computer, does exactly what I need it for. HOWEVER... There is no internal Wifi connection, so you'll need an additional Wifi extender. Also no Bluetooth, so you'll need headphones/speakers for that. I'm not knocking it - great price for a solid machine.
