Easylife 4-Tier Electric Clothes Dryer

This heated airer is a major disappointment and completely unfit for purpose. The unit arrived faulty and did not heat correctly, making it useless for drying clothes. The frame is not 'strong and sturdy' as described; it is flimsy and poor quality. Be extremely careful if you receive a broken item. The process to get a refund for a faulty unit is an absolute nightmare. I have spent weeks with a bulky, broken item taking up space because the collection process is constantly promised but never actually happens. Save yourself the stress and the £170. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had on Amazon. The item is not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act.

it's very big, perfect for family of 4-5 . workes well, easy to use. day's clothes quicker with cover over, for full load takes about 6-8 hours depends on thickness of clothes. qood quality and well made, can fold flat ish when not in use. and it warms the room when in use so that's a bonus.

This is not a strong Dryer, I have a drysoon 3 tier that is much stronger, this thing starting to tip over when I hung a towel on it. The cover (that you pay extra for) does not keep the heat in, I had children clothes on it all night hung on every other bar and they were not dry, I should not have to buy pegs to keep it closed waste of money. I put my drysoon cover on it and it worked fine, dried clothes within about 7 hours. So its worth to pay for this without the cover if you are using it for light items and buy a separate cloth cover with zips on it, with my cover I prefer the size of this one, its more compact that my drysoon so I can put it in a corner. Its easy to use but the top tier bar you have to put in yourself keeps coming off (not sure if that's just me though) I will be sending mine back.. buying another cover is going to cost me another £30 on top of the £130 I spent on this one.

This is a good product. Very happy with how it dries and the residual heat warming up the room. Unfortunately the controls are in the wrong place- they are at the bottom of the device meaning you have to get down onto th e floor to set the temperature and timer. Annoying at best; totally impractical for anyone with mobility issues

Dryer finally arrived. Have tried it a few times but still haven’t found best way to dry the larger items

Although the heated rails work, they do not dry the clothes properly. Had the cover on and left for 8 hours as instructed, clothes we're still damp and towels still wet. Very disappointed would not recommed this product.

One of my best purchases! It can take on a lot of clothes! The item is easy to assemble, easy to navigate. I leave my clothes drying overnight and in the morning I get it all fresh and dried in the past, without this item, it would take me a day or two for the items to get fully dried (depending on the weather conditions and material).

1. It barely gets warm enough to not be cold 2. The cover doesn't cover the rack, and the sides of the flap don't seal 3. The racks are too close, one layer is laying on the lower one 4. The seller has a "strict returns policy" meaning of you're lucky you'll only be offered a replacement item.... Literally took my money, receiped the item and gave me neither back! Amazon A-Z team also not helpful! Terrible and expensive experience!
