Extremely versatile and has many applications! Kick ass product!
Very convenient product. While the idea behind the device was to provide audio for outdoor use, I bought it to use for my PC. This turns any 3.5mm headphone in to a wireless headphone, simple as that. No microphone support, which is fine by me as I just wanted to see if this would work for PC sound. Each MXLINK2 device contains a battery, which I did not know until I received. That is an EXTRA bonus for sure, as it makes the wireless setup of my idea less cumbersome. Only recommendation is that you purchase a 3.5mm Ground Loop Noise Isolator to remove that annoying sound upon connecting. This is what my set up looks like: (PC): PC with 3.5mm audio Jack -> Ground Loop Noise Isolator 3.5mm -> MXALINK2 (USER): MXALINK2 -> Any 3.5mm Headphone (currently using Astro A10's and they sound AMAZING.) My Astro A10's sound WAY better using this MXALINK2 than using the 3.5mm jack alone on the PC, so I am sure the MXALINK2 has some amplification or better streaming bit rate. I love Memphis Audio and have since I was a kid, so my opinion is that this is a 10/10 product. Highly recommend!

Sounds great with 80 ohm DT770s.
slightly worse range than I was hoping for, but definitely a large step up from a bluetooth headset. I got about 35 heel-to-toe steps (size 9m) + a wall in the way before it starts cutting out. even then it can go a decent bit further if theres no extra walls and you can tolerate the occasional pop or crackle. latency is very good, basically un-noticeable for watching youtube. no noticeable lip-sync issues. there is obviously SOME latency, as my computer microphone's monitoring does have barely noticeable delay. It feels comparable if not slightly better than the delay that Window's built-in "Listen to this device" feature has. really the only complaint I could have that would be somewhat valid, is that it reminds me of the "dongle hell" that I had back when apple got rid of their headphone jack. I'm assuming this was done intentionally to maximize battery size/life, but a usb-c port to charge would be a lot nicer (for me) than a floppy usb-a cable that's permanently attached. but hey, maybe that's just another "fun" 3d printer / soldering "weekend" project.

SKAa Compatible.
I bought this taking a chance. Was trying to Link a Sub Unit to My SOUNDBOKS, which utilizes a link technology Named SKAa and works at a long range with minimal delay. The units sold by wet sounds are pricey (200$). I inquired before purchasing and they just told me that it didn’t say anything about being compatible with skaa, but when they arrived it said it right on the front of the box. The seller should advertise this point, as there are a lot of people looking to link multiple sound systems together without noticeable lag. Especially the portable SOUNDBOKS. These work great. Thanks.
