Great in curry ramen
These were very good in ramen. We make ramen on Fridays and these were a great addition. Taste isn’t too pungent or overpowering. It’s very faint. Recommend.

Must have to add to any ramen/ instant noodles
Much better than I expected. They got some good size after 3 minutes in the boiling broth. And they have a very nice flavor. I put way too much The first time because they look so tiny, so I recommend just a tablespoon worth. I’m definitely ordering another one!

Better for half the cost
I had something similar in udon, so I decided to get these hoping it would be the same thing. Unfortunately the flavor is very mild, and lacks umami. The package is very small too. It's hard to tell how much bulk 3ozs worth of the fish cakes was going to be because the density of products vary. Ultimately they are okay. Probably not going to get more.

Great ramen booster!
Wonderful. I love adding these to my ramen to make a snack feel like a meal. Slight fish smell but not off putting, you'd expect that from a fish-based product. Easy to add to the boiling noodles and they cook fast.

Perfect Topping
I was looking for fish cakes since my son and I LOVE Ramen, I was debating and going back and forth with these until I decided to give them a try, and I am SO glad I did, they do have a fishy taste but they are a great addition to my ramen. I will be purchasing more
