There are two bottles in the pack. One was empty. Based on previous reviews this happens too frequently to be an accident. I wish I had read the reviews in advance.

The media could not be loaded. I noticed floaties and mold growing after less than 2 weeks of the bottle being opened. The bottle does not state "Refrigeration Required after Open". It is however a 30 day supply so it should last for atleast 30 days.I feel the supplement was helping my joints but I can't give a better review of the product if I can't get full use of the product.I contacted Amazon. There is a no return policy on food items so it's understandable they will not take returns.LICKSHIN need to workout their packaging and or preservation of the supplements.I wish I would have seen the post about Mold.

Good product, WHEN you can get it out of the bottle… they should reformat the product & make it less thick & sticky. I can barely get it in the stem piece, then it drips all down the sides of the opening…

Didn't really help my knees.
