I purchased this belt for pain and discomfort relief for my bone on bone hip issues (want to avoid a hip replacement) and my sciatica/tailbone issues. I'm a small woman, but wanted something large enough to go around my hips. I selected this one for its size, and after reading the reviews on the app that comes with it, decided to give it a try. The belt is large enough to go around my lower hips and covers the sciatica tailbone issue very good. the extension is great, but I don't require it. I've used the belt around my waist, along the side of my leg, and even wrapped my leg in it. For those purposes, this was an appropriate purchase to make. I love the cordless feature and I'm able to walk around and continue living my life as the belt works for me however, it also is good to take a break and just sit down for 20 minutes and rest while the belt works, but when you need to get up and move, the belt moves with you and you are not tethered to the wall. Fantastic feature. The app, well I'm not tech savvy, but it is so easy to use, I prefer using the app rather than the controller, which is also easy to use. I love that it beeps when its done. the heat feels wonderful on my body, and it has brought me some relief. I've only had it a few days, but I'm happy with it and will keep it. the red light therapy does bring a temporary relief. I imagine that as I use it more, my body will become accustomed to this treatment and eventually will repair the cellular damage that has been done helping greatly to avoid surgery. Time will tell how long it will take to be pain free. everyone's body works differently. Also on the inside of the belt it has a plastic covering over the electrodes that can be easily wiped down when it requires cleaning, or when using it with multiple people. nice feature. if you are debating about getting this belt, I'd advise to get it. I don't think you will regret your purchase and you can aways return it for free with amazon. I'm keeping mine!

I’m very happy with this belt. It’s much more comfortable than another belt I tried that was twice as much. The battery lasts much longer too and I like that heat is an option. I’ve been using it everyday on my stomach, lower back, and hips. My hip pain that used to keep me up at night and make it hard to walk almost gone. The size is great, I travel for work and I can easily bring the belt with me. I’m very happy with this red light therapy belt.

This product is nice, stay hot, bright infer red light. Easy to used, long time use when fully charged, can fit under loose fitting shirt, but don't put directly on skin, it gets hot, great for back pain relief, works great, worth the price

Everyone should use red light therapy. It’s healing in more than just warming muscles. The usefulness is amazingly versatile. I have used it for thin hair, skin repair, small wound healing, muscle aches, and intestinal issues. It detoxed my gut and I AM ADDICTED

I guess I should have read the reviews a little more closely. My belt is 5 months old and it just died. At first 4 lights stopped working around 2 - 3 weeks ago and then today only 4 lights lit up. So I am now out of their 30 day warranty period and it will not be replaced so I am stuck with a dead belt and the money it cost for only 5 months of use . I typically try to NOT buy products from China but I did so this time and got burned. Lesson learned. I am also embarrassed that I suggested this to my clients, that ruins my reputation. Regardless, I will NEVER recommend this company and I suggest that if yours is in the 30 day return period...RETURN it. It's junk. It will last long enough to get through that time period and then it's garbage.

I received my device and initial impressions are favorable. The device is aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and the accompanying app is straightforward to download. I consider it to be a worthwhile investment. The device is fully charged and ready for use, although I intend to recharge it after the initial session. The wearable component is comfortable, albeit slightly stiff. I am impressed with the controls on the belt and the app. The heat emitted is inherently therapeutic, and there are four distinct modes: Red + NIR, NIR, Red, and Pulse. The manual provides a detailed description of the benefits associated with each setting, with some overlap between the descriptions. I plan to utilize each setting for a week to fully assess their individual benefits. Considering the affordable price point of $65, I am optimistic about its potential to alleviate the discomfort associated with my herniated disk and sciatica. These are merely my preliminary impressions, and I look forward to evaluating its effectiveness in the coming weeks.

I purchased this belt in October of 2024 and use it frequently for back pain (had surgery 2 years ago and the pain lingers at times). It is very soothing and it seems to alleviate the pain. I've also used it on my stomach to see if it could help with some reduction in underlying fat, not sure if it is doing anything, but again if feels good to use. The other day I noticed a small row of lights were out and then I tried the pulse option which didn't seem to be working either, so I contacted the seller and the immediately worked on a resolution. They sent me a replacement belt right away after seeing my photos of the faulty issues with my belt. Excellent customer service!
