Great gels for a run. Easy to open and take while running. Taste good and give the boost needed to carry on.

These are great for my son who plays a lot of sport but has a restricted diet. They give him an immediate boost and help raise his energy levels. The taste is a bit sweet and quite artificial but not too bad. Taste best when kept cooler.

These energy gels are fantastic! I swear by the High 5 products for running. They are easy to open, the consistency is much easier to swallow mid-run, compared to other energy gels on the market. They are also really good value for money. Highly recommend!

Good purchase

I'm a big fan of these gels, particularly the Berry flavour which tastes basically like eating a Fruitella sweet I've had to drop a few points however as they recently changed the packaging to make these ridiculously difficult to use on a run, to the point that it may in fact be a deal breaker and having to change to another company, which is disappointing.

I always use this brand electrolyte tablets and they work really well with my tummy so I thought about trying their gels too. I had many doubts about whether to try gels in general as I have many digestive problems but this product is just amazing! Taste and price are incredible good. I'm definitely sticking to this brand

Great taste, easy on the stomach and a great pure CLEAN carb source. No fillers unlike other ‘hyped up’ brands.

The flavour is good and not too sweet, and it's nice liquid, making it easy to consume even during intense workouts. Each sachet provides a quick and effective energy boost that keeps me going strong, especially during those tough final miles. The packaging is convenient and easy to open on the go, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other gels.
