Wow really noticed the different I having one of these mid run! Much more energy and stamina, they are incredibly sweet but I have nothing else to compare them too. Incredible price! Def would buy again

I always use this brand electrolyte tablets and they work really well with my tummy so I thought about trying their gels too. I had many doubts about whether to try gels in general as I have many digestive problems but this product is just amazing! Taste and price are incredible good. I'm definitely sticking to this brand

For their price point I find these great for running. No bad belly etc and taste great.

This is my third time to buy this product since my husband is a marathon runner he needs something good to give him energy. He wanted something that had been scientifically tested and was ideal for athletes to improve their performance. He also wanted something that was easy to use and contained the right amount of nutrients and natural ingredients/colours and most importantly tasted good and refreshing. The 'High5' energy sachets give him all of these. This box comes with 20 sachets of delicious gel which fit snugly into his running gear so easy to carry round. They have an idiot proof opening at the top of the sachet which aids easy use as you can imagine when you are running you want everything to be super easy and fast so not to put you off your stride. They come in different flavours such as banana/orange/lime/mixed something for everyone's palette. The box they come in is ideal to fit in any cupboard or drawer - don't take up a lot of room which is great if you have limited to space like me. I would definitely recommend this to any athlete whether it is running/cycling and so. In fact they were recommended to us by our local running club.

So handy to fit in your handbag if you are diabetic. Unlike some energy gels these taste nice

Great taste, but the quantity of liquid in each one, feels like it doesn't quite hit the mark! I prefer the SiS gels as they have more in them and whether it's psychological or not they fuel my runs better. I will use the high 5 on shorter runs, plus they are easier to open, than the SiS.

As a runner, I'm always on the lookout for effective and easy-to-digest fuel, and this gel delivers. The product itself is quite good, always feel an immediate effect and the taste is good, on the sweet side as others have said. However, this is the second time I've purchased the mixed box of energy gels. I tend to use 2 or 3 per month which work out very well for longer runs. However, with this second box I've bought in April 2025, the expiry date caught my eye: June 2025. I checked the contents and half of the gels expire June 2025 and half expire on July 2025. 3 months to get through 20 gels will likely be more suitable for someone specifically training for long distance, not for occasional use. Checking against the first box, the expiry was March 2025, for a product purchased in May 2024 seems more reasonable. Maybe I was lucky the first time or unlucky this second time! I would bear that in mind next time when making a purchase, depending on.

The product is in good condition but the expiry date was 01/2025 ( we’re in January) how am i going to consume it if it’s expired?
