This toothpaste has been excellent. After just a few days of use, my teeth already looked brighter and cleaner, and after a couple of weeks there was a noticeable whitening difference. It does a great job removing surface stains from coffee and food without feeling harsh. The texture is smooth, the taste is clean and not overpowering, and it leaves my mouth feeling fresh for a long time. I also like that it’s anticavity with fluoride, so it feels like a solid everyday toothpaste — not just a cosmetic product. Overall, this is one of the best whitening toothpastes I’ve tried. quit smoking after 25 years. I have been more than 50 days now without a cigarette and my coffee intake has decreased by 99%. I only drink one cup now in the morning. I've used this before and it worked well. However, I had such bad habits, I could never stay on top of it. Well, I started using again just 4 or 5 days ago. And I have noticed a huge difference already. And now I have changed my lifestyle, I feel that I will actually be able to get a better outcome. So far it's working really well to remove those coffee and nicotine cigarette stains. I have been to the dentist since I quit cigarettes. I've got a few cavities that I will be getting fixed in two weeks. So i'm trying to whiten between now and then. I didn't want to use anything too harsh. This does not make my teeth more sensitive.Some whitening toothpastes can increase my sensitivity. Although i'm not a fan of fluoride. I will use fluoride free toothpaste with hydroxyapatite on a regular basis..I just use this as needed. It does produce good results if you, in fact, are really trying to remove those coffee stains. But if you don't change your habits, it only works so much. Also, it's probably gonna work a whole lot better If you have an electric toothbrush. You're just not gonna get the same results using a regular toothbrush, at least not as fast.

My teeth had become discolored due to drinking a lot of coffee. Crest to the rescue! After using Crest toothpaste with 4% hydrogen peroxide, my teeth are not only whiter, but my gums feel healthier, too. If you want whiter teeth, reach for Crest 4% hydrogen peroxide toothpaste!

Teeth seem a little whiter. Some teeth are naturally yellow, and that's okay, but mine seem to have lightened up a little.

For my teeth, it does make them whiter, very quickly (few brushes), but I noticed when I drink coffee or tea or coke afterward, my teeth seem to hold stains more too. Not sure why. But this does *not* make my teeth sensitive, leaves no white spotting, the flavor is pleasant, and I will continue to use. Easy squeeze bottle too.

I’m not very convinced this does any whitening. I’ve been using it every day and my teeth look the same. At least my teeth are cavity free.
