What wonderful pistol. Great weight and appearance. Love the stars on grip.

I haven't even fired this thing yet I will say this much... better quality then the daisy co2 bb gun and better then the crosshair co2 bb gun. I'm actually returning both those cause they jammed or a clip got stuck first day it's been 3 days of me just figgeting with the slide, Safety, hammer and clip and I'm so in love with this thing I dont want to fire it cause I just want it as a decorative piece now. As smooth as the slide is and every thing else I guarantee this is better x 10 then the two previous I bought. I'm definitely buying the next up model of solid black with wood grain and chrome Beral/tip as a fellow i can't own weapons. This is a good way to relearn my gun safety and tactical tear down while having a quality piece.

This thing weighs almost exactly the same as the real steel We The People 1911 from Sig Sauer. It has the right feel, it has the right functionality, it's detailed down to the grip safety and beavertail, ambidextrous thumb safety, slide lock, and tilting barrel. It follows the same manual of arms and has the same takedown/disassembly as a standard 1911. It shoots .177 BBs from a CO2 powered magazine, the slide has full blowback and locks open on an empty magazine. It shoots pretty hard, has pretty decent accuracy, and just feels really satisfying to put a few magazines through.

The gun is very heavy and it does look deadly real (as long as you know nothing about guns XD) but if you do end up getting one of these BB guns be careful the hammer is always back when loading the magazine into the magwell otherwise there is a small “firing pin” of sorts that can get damaged if the hammer is not cocked back. Otherwise this is a great little BB gun just to mess around with from time to time. I know common questions may be ( Q: what material is it made from? A: full metal construction, even the magazine. Q: is the gun spring operated, or co2 powered? A: the gun uses 12 gram co2 cartridges that load into the magazine and the entire pistol uses gas blowback so the slide will load like a traditional 1911 pistol and load a new round every time you pull the trigger.) hope this helps ;)

The look, feel and weight of this made it an excellent gift for an older grandson whose dad and grandfather are avid gun buffs - it's packaged nice. We were pleased to see how excited and also respectful he was to this type of gift. It built our confidence that he's growing into a level headed and appreciative young man.

This item is junk. Purchased this for my son for Christmas and the trigger does not work and the magazine will not latch into the gun and I continually try to return it and it will not let me waste of money.

M1911 immaculate piece! So realistic and shoots far in the blow back is insane. I love it. It’s fully metal no problems with it.
