Well worth the money. I bought two shoulder ice packs. I figured I'd try them both & return the one I didn't like. This one is by far my favorite. It's pretty easy to put on & take off even with limited mobility. The fabric is soft, silky & a little stretchy keeping it in place without sacrificing comfort. The strap under my arm doesn't pinch or bind & the sleeve feels great. The gel stays pliable so it molds well to my arm. It doesn't stay cold *quite* as long as my thick one but the comfort more than makes up for it. It stays COLD for 15-20 minutes before starting to warm & you're not supposed to leave it on longer than that anyway. For reference I'm 5'5" 145lbs & the medium fits well although there's still a lot of strap if you are larger busted or heavier set.

Great for tendonopathy or shoulder pain. Freezes well. So much so, I just put it in the fridge and it stayed cool for a while. I have not used it warm. Great coverage. Soft, flexible and comfortable. Velcro straps hold up well keeping it in place. I have not experienced any leakage.

It fits good in should and the arm, its compression is good, easy to Quick-On & Quick-Off, it gives relief and confort to the pain but the ice pack warn too fast, the cool gel durability was too short

I love this. It provides perfect coverage to my shoulder, I do not have to hold onto it, and the cold lasts quite a while. Easy to put on and take off. I bought a second one so I could have one at home and one at work. A bonus is that my daughter thinks I look like a pirate when I use it!

This is a good flexible ice pack, that is easy to put on and keep on your shoulder, but it doesn't stay cold very long. Maybe only 5 minutes or so. It also pulls on like a sleeve, so keep that in mind. If you can't tolerate pulling on a tight fitting sleeve, this is not the ice pace for you.

I purchased this to help with a deltoid injury. It is awesome! I slept with it on and went to work with it on. It started helping after the first night. I'm fully recovered in less than a week. I only put it in the fridge to chill it a couple of times. For me, it was too cold for too long. I find that against bare skin it always has a slightly cool feeling to it. HIGHLY recommend you get this for any shoulder or upper arm inflammation.

Several reviews complained about only staying cold for 10 to 15 minutes. That is probably true but is sufficient for most applications that that I'm aware of. However, it is easy to extend the time by inserting a small ziplock bag of ice or ice pack underneath it. The material is flexible and holds the icebag nicely. I love the fit and material. Easy to wear and very effective at reducing my shoulder pain. I'd give it 6 stars.

Just what I was looking for. It fits right on my arm. And it is soft, but as you know, the material will not get stiff and frozen, so the coldness will not last but half an hour. So I bought another Revix, but still ended with this version. I can really wear it. Looks just like in the picture. I'm a small person, and it fits me without adjustment. Well worth it, and does not look like the others. And it's light. Easy to use. Hits all the body surface, relieving me of pain faster.
