The scratch sleeves were really high quality. I contacted the customer service team with a question and they got back to me on the same day and were really lovely!

2 year old daughter has bad eczema on wrists. Was skeptical as to whether she would tolerate these as she hates gloves etc but she hasn’t complained about wearing these at all. I think it’s soft and loose enough around the hand to not restrict movement. Has definitely been a lifesaver in terms of stopping her scratching at night and I’ve just bought another so we have one while one is in the wash. Soft cotton and silk- simple but effective.

Bought for my five year old who has severe eczema, these are fantastic as he also has ASD and does not understand all verbal communication, including why not to scratch! He was a little apprehensive at first but after the first 5 minutes he carried on playing as normal. The material is lovely, especially the silk mits and he has never appeared restricted. The product has worked wonders and now he hardly scratches allowing his skin to heal. A second one was purchased to put under his very thin onesie at night (please be aware it is like having a second layer on and does keep them warm that little bit extra)

I needed this as everything I tried failed at stopping my daughter from scratching her skin, sometimes until it bleed. She has spots on her arms and legs which are trying to heal but when a scab forms it becomes itchy. She will itch mostly at night I guess because her mind is not on other things. The first night, no problems but the second it came off. I found if you use this under a sleeveless top it can be pulled off so I have started to put her in a long sleeve top to stop this from happening. I ordered the 4-5, she is in the middle but the sleeves were far too long for her. She has to wear them though as I need her skin to heal without the temptation of picking the scabs off her healing spots. I do recommend this product if you are stuck as to what to do with your child scratching. This has stopped her scratching her legs also because of the mitts, the nails can't scratch the scabs off.

These proved amazing when my wriggly fussy toddler kept scratching a scab on her face. It stopped her from doing it overnight. Would also be useful for car journeys as that was another time she would do it but I always forgot to grab it! I bought 2 as they get dirty quickly. Easy to wash but the silk part wears out fairly quickly but if it was another material it wouldn’t be as effective. Life saver

This is such a fantastic product. My child would often wake up and have scratched until blood runs down their arms. This product is such a relief we don’t have to worry about listening out for scratching. We put under the pj’s to make it harder to remove.

They are great, have stopped any picking and scratching. The arm length is great but I have had to modify and sew the back as it was too wide and kept slipping off in the night, a couple of stitches and it is great.

Wir haben diese Handschuhe bei unserer Kleinen Tochter (1 Jahr und 9 Monate) den zweiten Tag im Einsatz und sind bis jetzt begeistert. Sie hat Ihre Problemzohne an den Handgelenken. Es gab zuerst Protest, sie ist aber genauso schnell eingeschlafen wie sonst auch. Wir waren in der letzten Zeit sehr häufig nachts wach, durch das nächtliche Kritzekratze. Jetzt war es nur 1x. In der zweiten Nacht habe ich einen Cremeverband machen können, ohne dass sie sich den runtergerissen hat. Das Material scheint sehr angenehm an den Händen zu sein. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, wann sie Ihre Hände schon mal so ruhig beim Einschlafen liegen lassen hat. Sonst muss sie immer überall zupfen und kratzen. Bei sich selbst, bei Mama und Papa oder an den Bettsachen. Ich hoffe die Handschuhe helfen uns nun über längeren Zeitraum, die Wunden besser heilen zu lassen. Bisher sieht es nach 2 Tagen schon besser aus. Nachtrag: Mittlerweile ist unsere Tochter 2 Jahre und 6 Monate. Wir tragen die Handschuhe jeden Tag 2x zum Schlafen. Unsere Tochter fordert sie auch ein. Wir haben vom Arzt Neurodermitisoveralls verschrieben bekommen. Die sind aber leider so dünn an den Händen, das Kratzen trotzdem möglich ist. Das funktioniert bei den Scratchleeves nicht. Das Material ist schön dick. Nun leidet die Seide langsam. Unsere Tochter beißt da allerdings auch viel rein, wenn sie Kratzatacken hat. Nach wie vor absolut empfehlenswert! Wir werden sie in der nächsten Größe bald nachkaufen!

Acheté pour mon fils de 2 ans qui a de l'eczéma. La veste pourrait être un peu plus légère (pas sûr qu'il la supporte pendant les grosses chaleur d'été) et les moufles un peu plus épaisses car il peut quand même arriver à se gratter s'il insiste. De plus ça n'empêche pas de couper les ongles (mais bon, normal !). La veste reste cependant d'une très bonne utilité pour les enfants qui ont de l'eczéma, notamment pendant la sieste ou les trajets en voiture par exemple. La veste a aussi été testée pour éviter de gratter les boutons de varicelle et ça a bien fonctionné ! Dans l'ensemble je recommande.

Wir haben einen notorischen nächtlichen Daumenlutscher, noch dazu mit Neurodermitis. Also musste langsam eine Lösung her. Ich bin auf dieses "Bolero-Jäckchen" gestoßen und wir sind wirklich begeistert!! Das Daumenlutschen wurde sofort eingestellt und auch das Kratzen geht jetzt nicht mehr so gut und die Haut ist besser geworden. Wir kaufen definitiv noch welche nach. Es wurde öfter angemerkt, dass das Jäckchen keinen Verschluss hat. Wir finden das total unproblematisch, da wir einen Schlafsack benutzen. Da bleibt alles an seinem Platz und unser Kind schafft es auch nicht, die Ärmel abzustreifen. Alles in allem schläft unser Kind jetzt viel besser und wälzt sich nicht mehr ständig hin und her. Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Noch anzumerken wäre, dass die Handschuhe meiner Meinung nach nicht aus Seide sind - innen sind die Handschuhe zudem noch mit Baumwolle ausgekleidet.

Passt ab 80-92 noch gut! Hilft das die Kinder nicht so doll kratzen können. Gute Qualität.. auch nach mehrfachem waschen noch weich und kühlt schön!

Die Scratch Sleeves waren für uns ein absoluter Gamechanger.. meine Tochter leidet an starker Neurodermitis.. wir verwenden den ScratchSleeves als Kratzschutz zum Schlafen.. kaufe die Produkte inzwischen seit 3 Jahren immer wieder. Nicht nur das die Produkte super sind.. der Kundenservice ist absolut super! Ich hatte eine Reklamation, die wurde umgehend bearbeitet und wir haben sogar eine Sonderanfertigung kostenlos bekommen und das sogar auch rückwirkend für ältere Modelle.. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen! Tolles Produkt und tolle Firma!
