Does this work with the razer blade if I use a 1050ti?

This product is not designed to work with graphic cards because it does not have adequate power. Our product for graphic cards is our eGFX Breakaway Box

The SEL and SE I both send the PCIe specification to the x4 PCIe 2.0 slot: 25 Watts.

Would this work if i used a thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter (i have a macbook pro 2013)and stuck a graphics card in it
