I'm horrible in the kitchen. I HATE cooking, hell, I even hate eating. But, you know, necessity and all that. The 40-something year old frying pan finally became too debased to use recently. Found another one in the cupboard but, whilst it cooked things fine, it was shallow and gobbed mush all over the cooker hideously. So, I actually bought some kitchenware, a thing unheard of for me. Chose this pan mostly because it looked a lot deeper than the other. It has proven to be excellent. I haven't burnt a single thing in it yet (which is unusual for me). It spits infinitely less than the other (and only when the lid's off), so I don't have to be comprehensively cleaning the cooker constantly. A few months into using now and I am very, very happy with it. The little hole in the lid directs steam toward the cooker's hood fan very efficiently. Plenty large enough for anything I throw into it. All parts of the pan are very high-quality. It rarely ever seems to get dirty; cleaning it is very easy indeed. I like it so much I even got proper silicon spatula things to avoid ever scratching it. A great item, even for someone with a rabid aversion to kitchens and cookery.

Good size and looked promising initially. Unfortunately it didn't last... I used it gently and washed by hand all the time, but it starts sticking immediately after a week (less than 7 uses...). if you are looking for non-stick pan, this is not the one....

Îs a very good pan. The reason I have given only 4 stars, is because I have made some popcorn, and it burned the popcorn and after when I was cooking a stew it burned în the same place the cut onion. Îs so easy to clean and it loos so nice on the hob. Aș a value for money îs good. But it does need more attention if you want to cook popcorn! And I am really afraid that I will not be able to use it for a long time…

Ich bin restlos begeistert von dieser Schmorpfanne (Foto). Schon beim ersten Einsatz merkt man, dass es sich hier um ein hochwertiges Küchenprodukt handelt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die großzügige Größe: Mit 30 cm Durchmesser, 8 cm Höhe und satten 4,7 Litern Volumen bietet sie ein fulminantes Platzangebot. Gerade bei chinesischen Gerichten mit vielen Zutaten, bei denen viel Gemüse, Fleisch und Sauce gleichzeitig in der Pfanne landen, ist das ein absoluter Traum. Endlich nichts mehr, was überquillt oder umgefüllt werden muss – alles hat Platz und lässt sich perfekt wenden. Die Antihaftbeschichtung ist ein Highlight. Laut Hersteller ist sie SGS-geprüft, frei von PFOA und ermöglicht tatsächlich das Kochen mit minimalem Öl. Nichts brennt an, nichts klebt fest – selbst empfindliche Zutaten gleiten förmlich über die Oberfläche. Dazu kommt, dass die Antihaftbeschichtung ein angenehm rauchfreies und sicheres Kocherlebnis bietet. Auch die Reinigung ist extrem unkompliziert: Einmal kurz mit einem Schwamm und warmem Seifenwasser auswischen, fertig. Wer es noch bequemer mag, kann die Pfanne sogar in die Spülmaschine geben – ein echter Pluspunkt im Alltag. Der Griff in Holzoptik (Foto) liegt angenehm in der Hand, bleibt beim Kochen kühl und vermittelt einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Der Glasdeckel aus gehärtetem Glas (Foto) rundet das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab: Man behält das Gericht stets im Blick, ohne ständig den Deckel anheben zu müssen, und die Aromen bleiben da, wo sie hingehören. Fazit: Diese Pfanne ist ein echtes Multitalent – ob Braten, Schmoren, Frittieren oder asiatische Pfannengerichte mit vielen Zutaten. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung und aus meiner Küche nicht mehr wegzudenken. 5 Sterne

This is an unbelievable pan, and for the price like a Miracle Buy ! It is just heavy enough. Love the wood look handles and the color! The lid fit perfectly and the knob on top is large and sturdy. The extra small handle gives so much help in lifting the skillet with the normal long handle on other side. Sits evenly on the gas burners. Bought an even larger one as a Christmas present immediately for my Grandson. Could not be more pleased !!

Una vera padella professionale! La adopero su fornello a gas ed è magnifica, bordo alto 8 cm circa, molto capiente, vernice antiaderente in ceramica! manico e coperchio robustissimo, non ha eguali!
