Sturdy construction. Holds two 27" monitors with no problem
Works great for my purposes with two 27" monitors. my desk isn't very deep, and I needed more space. I'd had one of the monitors on a raised platform that let me store things under it, but the whole setup was still using too much desk space. This has been an excellent solution. It also lets me lift one monitor high enough to do the standing desk thing by using the old monitor platform for my keyboard and mouse. The two arms that hold the monitors are attached, one above the other, on the same post that mounts to the desk. So both monitors can be at the same height IF you're keeping them in the widely overlapping range of their different potential heights, or one monitor can be positioned above the other. But they do not both reach the same maximum or minimum height. While their attachment position on the mounting post is adjustable, the post isnt tall enough to get them both high enough to use while standing. Needs at least another 6-8 inches for that. Not a problem for me personally but if you're in the market for something you can use for a sit/stand conversion with two monitors, this probably isnt what you're looking for (unless you're going to mount them on a sit/stand desk).Construction is super sturdy. The gas spring system is great. I adjusted the tension screw when I first assembled it and havent had to touch it since. I can raise or lower to any height and the monitors stay exactly where I put them. Mine are both horizontal, but they also rotate easily if youre into that kinda thing. There are also tension screws to hold the tilt of the monitors. I did have to adjust those a couple times to find the sweet spot. But since I got them just right, I havent had to touch them again. I can tilt the screens up or down (using two hands to avoid unnecessary torque on the monitors) without adjusting the screws, and they hold position until I move them again.Very happy with the purchase.

Working as intended
I wanted to have an option to mount an HDTV and a monitor to a desk but wanted to make sure that the TV would clear the PC next to the desk. The staggered design of the 2 separate arms on this mount along w/ the height of the center pole the arms attach to make this possible. Build quality of this seems outstanding minus the clamp that grips the pole. I cannot understand why this is plastic when it seems everything else is metal (weight bearing), it seems like a horrible design flaw. Assembling is straight forward, no instructions were included but again it was simple enough to figure out. I feel like the clamp to the pole is the worst decision in the entire thing. I am super afraid of over tightening it. People in other comments said that the arms cannot hold the weight, I did not find this to be the case. There are adjustment screws for the tension in the springs that will need adjusting. The factory doesn't magically know how heavy your monitor is.

Great dual monitor stand
This monitor stand is heavy duty. It easily hold a 27" & 25" monitor. It's very easy to install & adjust the viewing angle on both monitors. The positioning is pretty much limitless. Great value for the $. I highly recommend.

Does not support the 11.46 lbs 32 inch monitor's weight.
The stand is alright, holds my 23.8 inch monitor perfectly, however, my Samsung CJG5 Series C32JG50 31.5 inch monitor which weighs in at 11.46lbs, is too heavy and unless its at the highest point, it doesn't hold the weight, just a few bumps to the table causes the arm to shift and fall down to its lowest point under the weight of my monitor.DO NOT TRUST THE WEIGHT RECOMMENDATION.

Leave a little space between wall.
I have had this mount for a few weeks and have been happy with my purchase.Initial setup can be made much easier if you have a tool that can save your hand from the Allen wrenches. Adjusting the rigidity of the spring loaded arms can be quite taxing and a tad painful if you don't. The actual mount is really easy to put together, however, adding the monitors adds some extra complications that are made easier by having space and two people. For my setup: I have the mount attached to a glass desk (there is a buffer between the jaws of the grip to spread out weight that would cause pressure points on the glass and to make the surface thicker). The mount works well for my ultra wide lg 29" (portait) and Dell 27"( landscape). In my personal case I have found there to be some wobble, but I account that more to the desk and connection rather than to the mount. The cable hiders are pretty good, although they feel kind of flimsy and it's difficult to get thicker cables (hdmi, dp) into the arm inserts.Getting my setup right next to the wall took some serious finagling and required me to orient the right arm to the left of the center post before having the second joint cross to the right side. Even then the arms are touching the wall with the desk about 2 inches from the wall. All in all: I like the mount and am planning on getting a new desk anyway so the wobbling will probably go away when that happens.

Solid product!
This Monitor mount saved me lots of desk space, and it looks much more organized and neat. It's super practical and versatile and I like that I can stack the screens, tilt, put them side by side etc. It makes Designing/ Drafting work a whole lot easier. It was easy to install, had it up in about 30 mins or less - a manual is supplied. The mount is well constructed and it feels sturdy. Good buy! It delivers what it promises, it was money well spent.

Sturdy materal but insufficient Gas Spring support for 11.5 pound monitors.
Bought 2x 27" ASUS monitors (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B009HNEBLK) to put on these. With the hex bolt tightened completely on the air spring, the arm just drops to the desk. Says it can support Two 17"-32" LCD LED Computer Screens up to 17.6lbs per, but monitors well within the limits are not. Instructions are micro print and no apparent online documentation to see if there's a fix. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
