Well above expectations
This laptop chromebook was just want my daughter needed. It came excellently wrapped with a charging cord. The features work great including the touch screen. Easy set up and charging. I will probably buy myself one as well.

End of Life Refurb. NOT a 2024 model. Falsely advertised.
This was listed as a 2024 model. No. It has a 2024 Chrome OS install...the LAST install that it will update to (per start up message) meaning that you need to buy a newer Chromebook for continued updates (which Chrome states is 10 years from original hardware date...including refurbished ones). The manufacturer stickers were removed, so it is impossible to tell how old this Chromebook actually is. It looked great cosmetically. Started right up. Runs well. But the point for me to get a newer Chromebook is my current one is at end of life, no more upgrades, and starting to give me nasty messages on websites that I need to update. I really feel ripped off.

Easy to set up. i had samsung chrome book for 8 years and it was starting to fail and slow down. i got this dell for less than $100. Working great now. i am well satisifed.

Inexpensive…
I got this laptop for our homeschooled daughter to complete some work. It was inexpensive and came next day so those were huge pros. BUT, I just set the Chromebook up and it is not eligible for software updates. I didn’t realize that when I bought it, so I should’ve done more research. Just know what you’re getting. 😊 For a refurbished item, the quality is good and it’s in good condition with no visible flaws.

WORST SELLER EVER!!!
This is the 1st of 2 Chromebooks I bought from this seller, I will be returning both of them as they BOTH won't power up!!!! Also, they are covered with cheap new cover "Stickers" which cover the old writing on the units!!!

Excellent value, great buy for my young grandson
This refurbished computer's price seemed almost too good to be true, but we took a chance because of Amazon's 90 day guarantee, and it turned out to be a great buy. My grandson is using it for his kindergarten homework and a host of other things.
