Even when I clean my nose and try to use them for do some sport they easily loose the adhesive. Cannot use them for a complete training session only to sleep.

I put one on and it didn’t open my airway one bit. So I tried a second one same thing. I even tried doubling them up to get extra stiffness on the strips, Still the same. Absolute waste of money, get the breathe right brand and save the headache!!

Usually use another brand however they never stay on at night and the just peel off. Thought I’d give these a try and I am glad I did! They are soft and comfortable and stay stuck on the entire night! Good nose strips, they keep my sinuses open nice without any discomfort at all. Will buy again, I recommend these for sure.

The size is perfect. The comfort is perfect. It has a good price point as far as functionality. I got them in the mail yesterday so I tried it last night.12-17-24 and the adhesive did not last the entire night. Just a little disappointed.!
