Welcome to 3D BEST-Q Our company specializes in producing 3D printer filament, because of the focus so professional. Our motto is: nothing is more important than quality, we try our best to do the best quality. Why we focus on the quality? Only the highest quality can meet our customers, and make every customer satisfied is our NO.1 mission. Compare with most materials in market, our products advantage is its modified property. 1. High purity:BPA free, modified PETG compliance with FDA food certification and meet 3D printing requirement. 2. High rate of light transmittance which reach to 90%. 3. Fast dry:Print speed can be accelerated, suitable for those machines that print quickly. 4. High hardness and tenacity:The printed parts can be used directly, and print larger models perform well. 5. Appropriate adhesion: It is adhesive well between the layers. 6. Good performance of temperature, its heat deflection temperature is about 70℃, higher than PLA in market. 7. UV resistant, excellent anti-aging,good resistance to abrasion. 8. High Compatibility:It suit a variety of FDM 3D printer, for example:Cube, makerbot and Mendel. Sincerely hoping that you choose our products to start your colorful life!

Hard to get started and end product is quite brittle.
I've struggled a bit with this plastic. First off, getting the print started requires temperatures higher than other plastics I've tried (i.e. Amazon Basic and Novamaker). Increasing the temps to 250/90 seem to help some of the time, but not consistently. I was able to get several prints to start mostly by slowing the speeds down to about 30% for the first layer. The final print was a box with one side open and was easily broken (very brittle compared to other PETG on the same print design). Also, the corners of the print tend to warp up off the bed. In summary, adhesion to the bed and cohesion to itself seem to be a problem.I did not appear to have any feed issues from the ribbed texture of the filament and the diameter appeared to be within spec, however increasing my extrusion multiplier to 1.1 (from 1) seemed to produce nicer layers. Also, I've tried No Fan, Smart Fan, and 100% Fan with near similar results.Next I'm trying 260/100 and adding a 15mm brim...

Great filament, great price
I use many different brands of filament, each vender’s product is a little different, so I create profiles for each vendor. I never use profiles that come with printers and slicers, for I rather create my own. This Filament prints well at 250c, but works from 225-265 easy. I have had no issues with it what so ever. The rough finish is expected in this brand and a few others and provides no issues. My Orignial Prusa I3 MK3 handles it fine. Printing with Fan at 50% creates a frosted finish as no fan is fairly clear. This is my 6th spool of Best-Q and will buy more. It is hard to find bad filaments these days, but really easy not to be able to create a profile that works, and then blame the filament.

I typically print PLA or PETG on my Prusa I3MK3 with excellent results. This is my first purchase of Best-Q filament. As others have commented the filament has a rough outer texture. The recommendation on the roll was 220-250c for the extruder. Unfortunately I was unable to get good results anything in this range. I had problems with very inconsistent extrusion, and have tossed most of my printings thus far. Raising the extruder to 265c and bed to 90c improved my results, but they are still sub-par.As others seem to have had better results I'd like to see what they are using for settings, or to hear from Customer Support. I wasn't able to find a link to reach them directly.

prints well, strength is lacking
i usually use amazon basics petg, and figured id give this a try... works well enough, but.....it doesnt stick as well to the plate as other brands and the strength is seriously lacking. Its PLA strong.... not petg. and yes, ive tried multiple different temperatures, speeds and extrusion ratios.... just not up to par...

Easy to use
Add 5% ish extrusion factor when using due to the rope indents on the surface, actual material quality is great, printing nicely on my first try

Questions about PETG filament products
What is the filament density of the PETG filaments in grams per cubic centimeter (for each of the colors being sold on Amazon by 3D Best-Q)? They don't say and the slicer program is asking of this info. While I could plug in some number, I would prefer that the manufacturer state this spec. Another thing which I am doubtful of is the rope-like texture of the filament. How can one state an accuracy of 1.75 +/- 0.03 mm if the surface is not smooth? All PETG filament products from 3D Best-Q, which I purchased, have the same issue with the surface of the filament (rope-like texture). It would be instructive if 3D Best-Q would explain why the PETG filament products have that textured surface.
