Basic for those wanting a go but not for serious users
Feels like a Christmas gift set, it's just a bit strange. When ordered there was no images on the product so it was a bit of a suprise when I received it about what was included. There is now images on the page and it does roughly correspond to what you get in the box, but I do feel like it does just seem to be a number of premade items that perhaps didn't sell individually or used for a number of different products being smashed together in one.We did try and use this for a bit, but it's a bit of a faff. We probably won't use it again. Price for the 9 piece feels a little expensive for the contents.Again, feels like a novelty set you'll buy for someone you don't really know what to get.

Traditional Tea Set for Matcha Lovers
I was excited to try this matcha tea set, and it’s been a pretty nice experience. The bowl and whisk work well, and the spout is helpful for pouring without spills. The quality of the materials is decent, though not the most premium. It’s a good set for practicing the traditional tea-making process. If you’re a casual matcha drinker or new to the ceremony, it’s a good starting kit, though advanced tea enthusiasts may want something a bit sturdier. Overall, it’s a charming set for learning and enjoying matcha at home.

Want to dabble in green tea? This'll get you going
I really wanted to like this and I kind of do. If you've never played around with matcha before, this is pretty much what you need to get started. If you're an experienced match-drinking household (like mine) this is disappointingly basic.Okay, so there are indeed nine items, but they don't quite match the picture on the box. There's the little scoop, oh there's no spoon, there's a bowl, there's a whisk, where are the cups and the other bowls? Ah yeah, the picture isn't what you get. You get other stuff though including a towel and a sieve and a container. But goodness these are cheap and most of them aren't for matcha - they're existing items that got chucked in to make up the set. That isn't a matcha sieve - it's not fine enough. Goodness knows what that jar was for, because the odd fabric edge to the lid isn't good enough to keep the container moisture free. And what on earth is the duck for? To make it up to nine items.Yeah, it's okay. It's a fun little set and there are a couple of genuinely useful items. I picked this up in the hope that it might prove useful to us. Or make a nice gift if it didn't. It's more of the latter. And for people who've never drunk matcha.

Nice Matcha set
I like this so far, I own multiple bags of matcha but never the traditional equipment to present and make it, so since it's my first time I don't know what to expect, however I am liking it. The lil duck was a nice touch to adding it there, although I would have liked if the materials had more design on the equipment.

A wonderful first time experience
I've had matcha powder and leaves lying around but this set makes it a nice traditional experience that I have seen online from various videos. Although I'm not a huge fan of matcha, the experience was delightful and I'm glad I got to do this. The set does look delicate so I am worried about it being too fragile. I have been a lot more careful with this set than any plates and bowls I've ever held before.

Fragile matcha set
This set of matcha making kit is quite complete which comes with everything you need with to make matcha at home. However the tools is very fragile, wood whiskers breaks too easily with use ended up with a lot of splinters in the final tea.

beautiful and functiona
This matcha tea set has added a touch of zen to my mornings. The bowl is beautifully crafted with a lovely smooth finish, and the pouring spout makes it easy to serve without any spills. The whisk creates a lovely frothy matcha, and the whisk holder is a practical touch that helps it keep its shape. I've found the whole set very easy to clean, and it looks elegant displayed on my kitchen counter. While I'm no expert in the art of the Japanese tea ceremony, this set has certainly elevated my matcha experience.

Kind of basic
It's not a terrible set - it's good as a starter set, and I do really like some parts of it. The bowl is very solid and the whisk and tray are nice; and the cloth has a nice decoration rather than being just a plain cloth.Unfortunately as a whole, I wouldn't say it's worth the £44.99 it's priced at. The lid for the powder caddy, in particular, has a really poor seal with glued-on fabric, which just looks cheap. I'd be content to pay around £25-30 for something like this, but to be worth the £45 it'd need all the items to be better quality, and be better presented besides.
