Frying mushrooms in butter I added a few drops of this oil, and what a difference it makes, I am now addicted, adding it to poached, scrambled eggs & omelettes (with mushrooms) & everything else I can add it to, only need a few drops as the truffle taste is quite strong, but not overpowering. The bottle isn’t overly sized but it goes a long way. Nicely textured oil with no artificial taste, highly recommended. It’s not cloying or overpowering, and takes flavours to a new level. It’s a must have, enjoy !!!

My favourite black truffle oil a real treat at breakfast on French toast . People have commended ( police officer ) there was a lovely aroma ... I think it goes with eggs toast .. You can decide for yourself . I top up the olive oil keeps it for longer as black truffle still strong .

Love Truffle Hunter truffle oil! It tastes like restaurant quality truffle oil, not the wishy washy oil you get in the supermarkets! The oil isn’t too oily so doesn’t leave a nasty film or aftertaste. The truffle flavour is quality, just the right balance. Wish the English truffle was as readily available as we love that and the black and white versions! Would 100% recommend and will order again!

Buenísimo! Con muy poquita cantidad da un sabor muy intenso y un aroma espectacular. Según qué tipo de plato se haga, con unas gotitas o una cucharadita de café habrá más que suficiente, así que un sólo bote dura tiempo mucho.
