For years my family used Liquid IV brand electrolyte drink mix because it worked and was delicious. Upon trying Venture Pal Electrolyte mix we were immediately blown away with better taste, more sodium, magnesium and potassium making them work noticeably better for staying hydrated! Plus they are half the cost of Liquid IV! I'm so impressed with how well these work I've been handing out packs to co-workers to get their opinions and they too find Venture Pal Electrolyte mix to be the absolute best. I highly recommend for anyone who wants great taste a variety of flavors and an electrolyte mix that really works for literally half the cost of other products that don't work as well.

I’ve tried several different hydration packets, this one seems best for my taste and what I’m looking for. No doubt, it’s definitely salty, but the strawberry flavor definitely helps. It goes down easy and definitely keeps me hydrated. The price point is what has really what’s made it my go-to, at less than half the price of what originally turned me on to hydration powders.

I was looking for something similar to lmnt but without the high price. I love the strawberry salt and I like it more than lmnt and it’s so much affordable!!!

I have been doing 72+ hour fast weekly and been using salt for my electrolytes. I been looking at all the different but wanted something that will not break a fast. I have seen a lot out there with minimal calories like 5-15. But that WILL break your fast, unless you are doing a modify fast. So, I tried these after reviewing all the reviews. Zero calories and people say it taste good. Dr. Berk electrolytes have calories, and I think he lost many customers because of that fact The first time I used it I thought how in the world something that taste this good does not break your fast. OMG I’m still wondering that. This stuff is good. (remember I'm coming from salt water) . I put a packet in a 27 oz mug and fill it up with mostly water with a little ice and drink it throughout the day. Keep topping it off with water. The flavor lasts all day until bedtime. I would suggest this if someone is on a long fast 24+ hrs. You don’t need it day one. I generally start it on day 3 and day 4.

Works great but has a weird taste

These are GREAT!! They are very high in sodium as advertised, as someone recently diagnosed with post-orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, it is great for helping my symptoms because salt makes your blood volume more concentrated and raises your blood pressure, which helps so much. Of course like they say in the description of the product, they are quite salty, kind of like a mouth of ocean water 😂! But you get used to it after a few sips. The strawberry flavor that I got is actually pretty good and refreshing! If you've got Pots too and you're struggling— TRY THIS!! My only caution, be careful with the grapefruit flavor! I don't know if it is made with real fruit extract, but grapefruit interacts with lots of meds so be careful. 🤗

The flavor is awful. Tastes somewhat like perfume. This is supposed to be an affordable alternative to LMNT, but it does not compare. I don’t know how other reviews can say they taste great?!?! I mean the ingredients are comparably the same but there are 2 additional ingredients than LMNT. I would not recommend this or purchase again.
