Best scope that I have used.
This is a better unit that any other I have used. Easy to set up once you download the app, comes with many useful attachments. It's a little expensive, but worth the price.

opinion
Glitch every time when trying to connect with WIFI. It could be improved with a suction feature. I had to buy an additional device just for that. Better than others that don't self-sterilize.

App only works for a minute, if that
I thought this was really cool because of the different options and it's flexible. However, it connects to the Bebird app for about a minute. Sometimes less and then it disconnects. I have killed the app many times and after about 10x, I gave up. I restarted my iPhone 16 Pro a few times too. I'm not sure what isn't working. I have the current Bebird app (Bebird pro doesn't work in case you try that). Idk if it's the device, app, or iOS.

Find replacement tips beforehand
Replacement tips are almost nonexistent without having to purchase a whole new system

Self Disinfecting, Super Clear Camera Lens
This ear Cleaner came in a sealed tamper-proof box so that was good to know. Everything is neatly packed inside the box, and to be honest, I was a little overwhelmed initially seeing all the little parts in different cases but after diving into it a little it wasn't too bad. Basically, it came with quite a few extra accessories for the whole family so most of us will probably not be using all of them. There is a case containing accessories for kids, one for the elderly, and a third for couples to prevent cross-contamination. Inside the main body is the camera pen itself with the flexible serpentine hose along with a safety plug for kids, a cap, a tweezer, and a dropper. As mentioned, there are quite a few things to try out and then there is an App to download as well. I believe there is a link you can scan to use with this camera pen without downloading the App for the elderly but I went ahead and downloaded the App anyway, it was easy and straightforward to pair and set up, with no surprises. Once connected and the device added to the App, just start out with the Camera pen and the little Cap first, don't worry about all the other stuff, get to know the camera pen and familiarize yourself with using and maneuvering it inside your ear, not too deep in until you get the hang of it and see how the camera view from inside the ear. The flexible hose makes it easier to move with so that should help, plus the view is super clear too, and every fine hair can be seen :). I would post some pictures but don't want to give anyone nightmares after seeing them so just take my word for it :). Anyway, the thing I like about this newer model is the added ear-disinfecting feature using UV light activated from within the App itself. It takes 5 to 10 seconds and it's painless so no worries there. Once you are comfortable with the camera, then you can try out all the other accessories. I used the elderly accessories with the little scoops and tried out a couple of the accessories and they worked ok, even the tweezer as well surprisingly. Most of the accessories worked the same way more or less but the dropper is a little different and I have yet to try that out. Looking at it, I think the dropper should just work fine but I just did not need to use it now. Don't worry about these small accessories falling off in your ear canal, if put on properly, they should not fall off, They screw on tight so I am not worried about them falling off. As far as using this kit to remove earwax, it may take a few more practices to work the camera and the right accessory to start with. I started with the little scoop and was able to remove the ear wax after a few tries closer to the outer ear but the deeper ones will need a few more practices :). It's a little harder to see with the scoop in front of the camera blocking part of the view but at least I can still see the general direction where the scoop is heading. Either way, having this camera is a big help, at least I can see what needs to be done, using this little scoop or the old way using my skinny Stainless Steep scoop. The serpentine hose does get a little hot after a few minutes of use but not hot enough to burn your ear though :). As far as cleaning them, it's pretty easy with alcohol swabs. One other thing to note is once you turn off the camera, it will automatically go into self-cleaning mode, using UV light to disinfect the tip or accessory being used so that is also a plus compared to the older models. All in all, this is a great kit to have for inspecting my ears every so often without the need to run to the Doctor unless necessary. Clear, High definition real-time view inside my ears on demand :). Again, it may look a little complicated with all these accessories but it's really not that bad at all, just stick to the basics.

Works, but not really an improvement for the price
The advertised marquee feature of this otoscope is having a flexible stem which you then make rigid in order to actually use any of the scoops, and also having a lotion-applicator and tweezer attachment. The otoscope itself works reasonably well, but I've never run into a situation where I need any of these over what the cheaper versions provide; the tweezer functionality in particular is way way jankier than what the Bebird Note5 otoscope tweezers give you. Those are also cheaper than this set. Buy those instead.

Very easy to use
Easy to use and no cables, all wireless. Really cleaned the hard to reach and see areas in my ear. Got all that built up hard wax removed with ease.

Bebird Home 30S Wiresless Otoscope
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I received this but this is a quality set to be sure! All of the materials are great quality as well as the image of the ‘scope itself. The Otoscope comes with many different attachments which are arranged in four different containers, each for a specific person(s). There is one for “couples”, though I’m not too sure why specifically for two people, one for the elderly, and one for the kids. There are also attachments located inside of the main body of the base. The otoscope itself charges via a usb-c port located underneath a cap on the top of the ‘scope. There’s a nice halo ring around the base of the otoscope itself that indicates when it’s charging, when it’s full, and when it’s connected to the app. This ‘scope doesn’t require a physical connection via a cable to connect to your phone/tablet/mobile device. Instead, it has a built in wifi access point that your device connects to which allows you to control the otoscope via the free app. Everything works smoothly too! Apparently there is a built-in uv sanitation light that comes on automatically after you turn it off, which you then can put away by sliding it into the center of the base and pushing down on it which then activates what I think is a spring actuated mechanism that allows the otoscope to go down inside the base. I think that this is an invaluable tool, especially if you have kids! Those of us that don’t have any kids, also known as “The lucky ones”, can absolutely benefit from this as well. It really is versatile and doesn’t even have to be relegated to the human body. I’m a happy camper and glad that I have this.
