Align the base on the wall and mark the positions of the two screw holes on the wall. ⑵Drill holes in the position you've marked and tap the plastic wall plugs into the wall. ⑶Line up the base of the coat rack. Use one washer for each screw and turn the screws tight. ⑷Install the screws caps.
