Cross Century II Refillable Rollerball Pen Presented in a Luxury Gift Box - Medium Point, Black Ink, Pearlescent White

Pen size, balance, and construction is extremely personally subjective, but this is without a doubt the best Cross I’ve ever owned. Mostly owing to the size, dimensions, and design of the Century II model. But the micro knurl surfacing on this particular one provides the perfect amount of grip to ensure an amazing writing experience. Additionally, the fully blacked out styling just makes for a visually appealing pen. Highly recommend.

This is seriously one of the most beautiful pens I’ve laid eyes on :) It’s sleek, yet not too skinny, and fits perfectly in my hand (I have smaller hands). The color is a beautiful pearlescent white, with an ever-so-slight shimmer. I was hoping for a bit more of a multicolor pearly hue to it, but it is still gorgeous nonetheless and I love it. The rose gold totally tops it off and is a perfect contrast to the pearly white. It writes very smoothly and isn’t too heavy in the hand. Black ink, medium point. Seriously a perfect pen. I LOVE nice pens, one of my secret obsessions, and I’m so, so happy I was able to get this one. The seller packaged it nicely and it was well cushioned and protected in the case. Super happy with this purchase, I love using it and smile when I see it. Strange, I know, but I appreciate the beauty of this pen, and like I said, it’s a secret obsession.

I love how smooth it is to operated and how well the ink lays down on the paper. I believe this is due to the high quality ink and the precision ball dispensing the ink. My only “drawback”, if you can call it that is the narrow barrel that one grips in order to write. I am on the hunt for another Cross pen that has a wider barrel. I love this pen and I use it every day, but I am looking for a replacement. I will keep this pen for signing documents, etc.

There is nothing to dislike. It looks right. It feels right. It performs flawlessly. This is the pen I use to draw and sketch, write and calculate. It is the perfect weight in your hand and the line quality is first class. Crisp, clean, consistent, dependable, durable. It is my favorite of all of the Cross products and of all of the pens that I own.

Man I really expected more. I shouldn't have been as I'm not real happy with the quality of modern Cross pens. The overall quality of this pen is good, not like the Cross pens of the 80's or 90's though. What got me was the pen didn't look like the picture. In person, the pen doesn't look as classy as the photo. Still, it's a nice pen and I'll use it but I would not have bought it if I saw it and held it before making a buying decision.

Arrived 3 days late, wrote 1 sentence and then the pen stopped working so I'm guessing maybe counterfeit as never had an issue with cross pens before.

Product description says it comes with an ink converter, but package only came with the two ink cartridges. Also, box is so cheaply made that taking the tape off it actually rips the box. Very disappointed. Haven't tried writing with the pen yet but I now have four bottles of ink that are just sitting around unable to be used (not using this as a dipping pen since I bought this specifically because of the included converter).

Order took a bit longer to arrive than expected at the time of purchase, but it came in time since I gave myself a month. Just give yourself an extra week or two if you have a deadline, and you should be fine. It was packaged well and looks great. Very nice pen—slim and sophisticated
