Connection with wifi and Bluetooth not very good at all.
Well after a few months using the phone i can say the battery last good, but i'm very disappointed with the Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity, very bad. Not happy at all. Thats why i still rated it 1 star.

Good so far even after 8 months, screen is cracked all over though
Had it for almost half a year, and so far so good. It has a pretty promising battery life. Durability though? Not so promising. The ad boasts about how tough it is, but not even the first week it already has a crack on the screen. I've dropped it several times, and now it has cracks going all over. So don't believe the ad on here saying it has good durability. Luckily though, the casing is strong, just not the screen plus the performance of the phone is not fractured from the beating I've put it through. The cracks on the screen is caused by the lacking of a raised bezel around the screen. Because of this, the screen will always start on the edges because of this.

Super cool phone if it will work for you
This phone is really cool and seems AWESOME...but, it wont work with Verizon. I had to return it. The frequency in the description seemed to match my network, but alas, it did not. Had it worked for me I definitely would have given 5 stars. The battery is huge, so that was a draw to me. If it will work on your network, then buy this phone.

Very durible and this one is big and heavy due to the battery size
Phone is prety big but very durable im a contractor so these are ideal for me ive had a couple of them

Rugged phone title in this phone is not worthy
I bought mine last June 2025 and now the sounds broken its very hard to understand the call and hard to pick up the signal when you have a phone call. Sometimes is logging you meed to restart work again.

WOW!
When this phone was advertised as RUGGED, it means it! This phone is a TANK in appearance and durability. It is also rugged in performance - it is absolutely top notch. It responds quickly to all the commands, sounds great, and did I mention it looks great? The picture quality of the camera is phenomenal. I’m really excited about this phone, can’t you tell? lol. Anyone looking for a new phone should highly consider this one. This surpasses the competitors in both price and quality.
