Used to diagnose several of my vehicles. The interface was very intuitive and provided more details than I could have expected. Diagnosis was accurate and provided great solutions. Fantastic value for all that you receive. Updated quickly via WiFi connection and provided other resources for me to investigate to get a resolution to my issues. Packaged in a quality feeling case and included an instruction booklet, link cable, and charge cable. The code reader itself feels like a quality design and has a nice heft to it.

Brake service mode not working on Nissan Pathfinder. Spent time updating, support site etc. Does not work. Their support site is very poor. Hard to find relevant information. Very limited analytics included. Want you to spend extra and not guaranteed to work. Don't waste your time.

Bang for your buck! This is a pretty well-made device. It seems fairly rugged. I bought this because I wanted to be able to scan my vehicle (and help family and friends) potentially save a little money. This device is useful as it tells you more information than just a simple OBD2 scanner would. Free lifetime updates are a bonus even to the casual user. Auto VIN feature works nicely, on occasion it scans more than just the PCM/SRS/ABS/TRANS . The graphing feature along with stacking graphs together is a bonus. Newer FCA (Chrysler/Jeep etc.) The dealership kept telling me that it was a problem with the wiring. When I hooked the crp123i v2.0 up to my car, within two minutes I new it was the brake pedal sensor/ switch. And bingo after ten minutes of installing the switch my problem was solved. No more traction control problem. Thank you LAUNCH. And trust me you will thank yourself. The average price for the typical computer scanner at a dealership is $360 and up, and often they don't resolve the issue. It saved me money and it will you too.

Does a bunch of functions!! A little complicated to use than the $30 ones but it's totally worth it !! Totally worth what I payed on sale !! Oh, You can configure your throttle and bleed anti lock, haven't used it yet.

Could use some more detailed instructions, but the interface is easy to use and learn the ins and outs of the menus. Unit itself is well made and seems durable. Outer casing is slightly textured for good gripping and the display I brighter and clear in the daylight.
