Sturdy gate wheel!
I have trouble with my gate dragging and this wheel is the fix! Helps the gate roll over the grass instead of getting stuck. Is very sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight. Easy to install with the proper tools.

Little extra support

Product bends so alignment off for attachment and rust already!
Measured the correct height, but when gate added, the shaft flexed due to lack of washer base at bottom of axel. I had to add washers and re attach. Rust on black metal already. Very heavy duty for sure, but worried about long term use given design.

Used, bad design or mismatched parts
Waste of time and effort, hopefully not my money. #1) used by previous owner. Scratched up paint, threads on u-bolts shiny and stripped, packaging re-taped. #2) bad engineering or wrong bracket for the size tire. When mounted (just like videos on Amazon showed) the tire swivels into the gate and stops the tire from spinning and stops the gate from opening. Conclusion: Have a local fence company install a wheel system on your gate. DYI in this case ain't worth the headache.

Heavy Duty
We have a super heavy three rail gate that our current gate wheel struggles with over the years. This new gate wheel is MUCH beefier in comparison and supports the gate without sagging. It might even be overkill but this wheel is peace of mind without having to constantly maintain the height every so often. It even has a locking brake so the strong winds don't push the gate around when it is opened and unattended. We will purchase additional to support other gates around the property.
