This was recommended to me by a nurse. I assumed it wouldn't work because the mg are low. This works amazingly within minutes. It's reasonably priced. It's definitely worth the $. It works at least 6-8hrs, I guess depending on your pain. I love it. I recommend it.

First, this combination of ibuprofen 125 mg and acetaminophen 250 mg (Advil dual action) is surprisingly very effective! It was actually recommended by my MD, and am amazed, it’s more effective and lasts longer for pain relief than Advil alone. However, the product description on the product pages is confusing and not sure what they mean by 2 dose “equivalent”.: The manufacturer definitely needs to correct the information on the product pages (more than a few of Advil brand) for dual action Advil. Thanks for this Advil dual action, really helps!
