I really believe it works very well. I like the highest level of hydrogen which takes about 10 minutes.

It has certified results and if you are here reading this then you have seen some of the experts talking about how beneficial a product like this is. Communication with the company has been excellent and they are very helpful with any questions you might have. It’s easy to use and we are loving it! Highly recommend!

I’ve owned another hydrogen water bottle in the past that stopped working shortly after the warranty period, so durability and support mattered to me this time. So far, this PIURIFY bottle has been well-built and easy to use. It charges normally, runs consistent cycles, and the output seems strong based on taste and feel. I won’t claim long-term durability yet, but initial quality is clearly better than the last unit I owned. One important point: PIURIFY does offer a lifetime warranty, but you need to register it. I registered using my Amazon order number on their website and received immediate confirmation that the warranty is active. No paper card was included in my box, so it’s worth doing this proactively. Customer service responsiveness and long-term reliability will ultimately determine how great this product is, but based on build quality, performance so far, and confirmed warranty registration, I’m satisfied with the purchase at this point. I’ll update if anything changes over time.

First off, the directions are fairly good, but there’s some things to be aware of. (which is partly why I’ve reserved a star.) Some of the directions are contradictory. For instance, in the booklet it will tell you to run the system a couple times, empty the water, and then fill it up and run it again, and yet in little tiny print that you could easily miss on the bottle itself on a decal, it says that running the system more than twice within 10 minutes is prohibited! I was told by AI that this particular unit had a lifetime warranty, however, nothing is mentioned of the sort in what I received. I’ll go to the website and see if I can find out something about that but apparently it’s something that needs to be registered. Not sure if this is a problem, but the directions call for a Walwart that runs at 5 V 2 A (which means 5 volts 2 amps, And both of the ones I have are rated for 5 V 3 A. I suppose this is something else I’ll have to chase up with the company to see if it’s a big deal or not. I would think that if it is, then they should have provided one with the unit.. They do provide a Type C cable, which is the standard for today. This one is not a type C on both ends, however, so, you’ll need a walwart that has the older USB type connector, which is what they provide you with on the other end. They also provide a cannular tube that I don’t remember reading about, in case you want to inhale the gases directly, but despite what you may think, they actually say it’s more advantageous to drink it then inhale it. Oh, and mine came with an additional little rubber plug that they don’t even show in the list of included items, and I assume that this is to go into the base of the unit when not in use, as it doesn’t look like it would fit anywhere else. Other than that, not much to comment on. Directions are fairly straightforward and easy to follow. The little video that they tell you to watch by scanning the code is worthwhile. Who’s to know if this technology actually works? But I’ll update this in time to let people know whether I feel any difference or not.. as for the unit in general, it has the general feel of being quality built, and according to the AI searches I did this is one of the better ones you can get. But just to clarify, the so-called bottle itself is plastic. I don’t know about you, but when I think bottle, I immediately associate that with Glass so if that’s a dealbreaker for you, you won’t want this unit. Having said that, I think the plastic is supposed to be a very high grade one and I wouldn’t think would be a problem as far as micro plastics are concerned because basically you’re filling it operating it for five or 10 minutes and then drinking it right away. It’s not like it’s soaking up anything over a long period of time like the water bottles. Everybody has been consuming over the past 20 years. As with all electronic devices, it’s best to read all of the directions prior to use, especially this thing, because you can screw it up. Above all, DO NOT push any buttons without it being loaded up with water or you can ruin it!, Which means, you should keep it away from children at all costs because for sure, the first thing they’ll do is press a button button. Update: now that I’ve had the unit for a few weeks, here’s what I’ve found. Takes quite a while to charge (just over 3 hours) once fully depleted. Once fully charged, I get ten 10 min uses out of it till it dies and needs to be recharged. I can’t say that I’ve noticed any difference in my energy levels or anything else for that matter, which isn’t to say it isn’t doing what it’s supposed to, but definitely don’t expect any miracles. Probably more of a placebo effect than anything when it comes to people claiming miraculous results.

The bottle is great. My bottle had an issue with holding pressure, but Mark at Piurify worked with me to get it fixed. He sent me a new cap, and then a new bottle portion to fix the issue. It's working good as new! The customer support is outstanding. If you are on the fence about getting this bottle, get it. Hard to find a company these days that stand behind their product and will go above and beyond to fix an issue.

It's been about a month since I got my bottle, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how things have gone. As long as you stay consistent and drink from it every day, the results are genuinely impressive. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Dianna from Piurify, who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She made the whole experience even better. I'm now looking forward to sharing the benefits with my loved ones by gifting Piurify bottles to my family and friends.

I’ve been really happy with this hydrogen water bottle. I did have a few questions at first, and I reached out to customer service — they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They took the time to answer everything clearly, and when I experienced an issue, they quickly sent a replacement without any hassle. That level of support really stood out to me. Overall, great product and even better customer service!

Th packaging is good, the product is lousy. It has no serial number. I have from Amazon the TDS&EC METER and compared it to IUHFSIFS WATER BOTTLE so the steam distilled water increasd every 3 minutes, but the lousy Piurify bottle never rose above 13 ppm on the Amazon TDS&EC METER were as the IUHFSIFS WATER BOTTLE created a milky mist evry 3 minutes, and I could taste hydrogen water, but taste steam distilled water on the lousy Piurify bottle. The 10 minute button does not work, the ppb readings were 1112 ppb, 1154 ppb. 5 plus 5 minutes should give you 4000 ppb. The built in ppb reading is a counter to fool you and mislead. A youtube review did not allow any comments because the company is a markting organisation. The product manual is excellent but the product is lousy.

Very well made and works very well I have bought 2 other bottles and this one is the best so far Aquapure was a complete dud didnt work Advance 2025 was ok it works but you cannot adjust time and is less effective

To be honest, I am absolutely shocked at the quality of this product. I have another one (different brand) that I paid one hundred pounds for and it was immaculate on arrival and works great. I just wanted to upgrade to the so called best. I got it one hour ago, put it on charge and nothing. Checked the charger on other Items, works perfect. The bottle part has scratches all over it and instead of being moulded piece of Glass, it has two obvious seems splitting it. It leaks, I have been using bottles like this for months, this is not user error. Save your money folks, it’s extremely poor quality, made in China, overpriced rubbish. Sickened.
