Quite expensive however tastes nice and colours nicely too! Easy to use for chocolate covered strawberries as the consistency is runny and leaves a smooth finish.

Loved the massive bag that arrived . The chocolate is absolutely gorgeous & so easy to work with . Made a white chocolate ganache with it for my blackberry, vanilla cake . The chocolate tastes divine . Im definately going to buy more when ive finished this bag

Ich bin auf diese Marke gestoßen, weil ich eine Nussallergie habe und die Schokolade von Callebaut fast die einzigste ist, die ich essen darf, ohne Spuren von Nüssen. Die Konsistenz ist super, z.b für überzogene Früchte, als Schokoschnitten fürs Frühstücksbrot,..... Geschmack superlecker! Kann ich nur empfehlen! Kaufe ich auch immer wieder.
