Well designed, great non-stick cooking without chemicals!
I had ordered a Misen "Carbon non-stick" frying pan in September and thought it would be great. It wasn't. Despite the price, it was about as non-stick as the roadbed on the local interstate. Everything stuck to it - eggs created the biggest mess. So when I saw an in-store demo of Our Place's titanium cookware, I was skeptical. I researched the heck out of this company and the technology behind the titanium cookware and read the Amazon reviews. So, when Amazon had a pre-Christmas special on this, I jumped and couldn't be happier. First, the pan - even the plain stainless steel without the gold trim - is gorgeous. Until mine arrived, the only cooking vessel on my stove when not in use is my tea kettle. But now, the Our Place frying pan is prominantly displayed. It's eye catching and looks very classy. But looks don't cook. Pretty isn't always functional. Fortunately, the reviews I read here on Amazon were right - this is a highly functional well designed pan. The simple instructions that come with the pan have me preheat the pan for 90 seconds, then add a thin layer of oil, spread that around and add your food. Eggs come out great. Ground beef, italian sausage, veggies for pizza and cook nicely and slide out easily. Even the sausage which leaves brown residue in the pan is no problem - it is easily removed with little effort in the sink. Our Place even includes a stiff brush scrubber in the box which could be used if something doesn't want to come out of the pan when done cooking. Usually, scrambling eggs provides me something of a clean up chore but I haven't yet experienced that yet with this pan. I haven't yet used this pan in the oven - that's not my normal cooking method, but I'd like to try it. Everything about this pan is thoughtfully designed. A small knob on the topside of the handle allows you to rest the included wood sppo-stirrer on top. The lid has a slot to permit more venting when turned to place. The handle of the pan is designed to provide a cooler touch when cooking. The sides of the pan are more vertical than sloped which works well when I'm cooking a large amount of ground beef. This is the finest pan in my kitchen. As I replace older cookware in my arsenal, Our Place is going to get more of my hard-earned money.

Best Pan In The World-Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro
This pan is the best in the market place. It's totally non-stick and will last forever. I have put aside all my other pans and use theTitanium Always Pan Pro for everything that needs a pan. It's a hybrid of titanium and stainless steel. That's it. No teflon or any coating that could adversely affect your health. Believe or not, its as easy as a teflon pan, but safer, stronger and lasts forever. Clean up is a breeze. Wash with soap and water after the pan cools. One minute at the most.

Love this pan!
Amazing non-stick pan! Food mostly glides effortlessly. If anything does get stuck its an easy clean with the stiff brush that comes with it. Usually using a little ghee or evoo ensures nothing sticks. I bought this on a sale and while still a bit spendy, it is now my go-to pan. The pic makes the pan look small but its a decent size. I can cook eggs, veggies, and heat up meat all in the pan together. Photo shows the grid pattern that allows for non-stick.

Sturdy - if heavy - and performs well
This beautiful pan is sturdy, well made, rather heavy for long use, and performs well as advertised. The polished finish does show up fingerprints and smudges but polishes and cleans easily. Non stick works well, especially when adequately preheated. Takes stovetop and oven heat well and does frying, stir fry, sauté, eggs of all styles, simmering and braising and is yet nice enough to serve from if desired. I've also used it on gas, induction and electric and it works well on all (didn't dare use it on the coals of the campfire - I'll still do that with my cast iron!). Took it camping and it took the place of everything except a large pot or Dutch oven on the gas hobs. Even used in a chafing dish setup where it fit perfectly. I don't care for the slot hole or gap in the lid rim where the wooden spatula fits thru along the handle side as the pan and the lid don't quite seal as well when that's needed for steaming or simmering, even when turning the gap in the lid away from the handle of the pan. Cleans up easily, especially when washed soon after cooking. It does seem a bit pricy for a single pan. Time will tell if the value is there, if it holds up. I'll update after using it for a while. I'd certainly go for an omelet size pan that's lighter and easier to flip and sauté as I do a fair amount of omelets, pancakes and crepes and move my pan a lot to flip and stir while cooking, especially sautéing and sweating at the beginning of a recipe.

It sticks, plain and simple
I really do not understand the hype and promises on this pan. First let me say that I have OP's other pans and I love them. The 12in skillets is a dream to use. So i know how to use their pans. This Always pan was supposed to give me additional function, like searing steaks, etc, because of the high heat tolerance. Well it doesn't. The first and only time I used it was a disaster. I was cooking 2 lovely ribeyes. I used medium heat only because I was going to do a quick, reverse sear when they reached 115 degrees internally. There was a very generous amount of ghee in the pan, so it was never dry. I've been cooking steaks like this for many years in non stick pans with no problems. I just know that the high heat will ruin the non stick faster so I have a dedicated pan that I replace yearly. I thought this pan would be worth the cost if it could stand the higher heat, which it said it could. I never got to try it because it stuck so badly in the regular phase of cooking, I didn't bother. I just removed the steaks and used another pan. It took an inordinate amount of time to clean the sticky mess off. I followed their instructions with baking soda and vinegar first, which did foam and look like it might work, but the marinade stuck in the indentions in several places and it just took a lot of soaking brushing to finally get it off and there was one stubborn spot I just could get off no matter how many times I tried the vinegar and baking soda. This is way too much time and trouble for what this pan costs and 180 out from what it promises. I'm sending it back right away.

I have tested it for 2 weeks,at first eggs were perfect, smooth non stick but after 2-3 days no more non stick effect,as for the rest of the food like veggies, meat, fish ,dough all goes smooth non stick.

Seems expensive but this is the pan to have, life time guarantee, who knew you was supposed to change pans every seven years, well we certainly didn't allowing all sorts to leech into food, with birth of my kid didn't want to take a chance so here we are , it's good can cook eggs fine if lightly oiled and heated properly before application to steam release, it doesn't scratch and I love that it can go in the oven, worth it !! ,

Extremely dissapointed. Had hopes on this after the reviews, but after a half burned schnitzel on medium heat, the pan can not really recover. Have tried with baking soda and eventually bought the recomended Barkeepers Friend, but still no success. Now it burns in that spot every time. Not worth the price at all!
