This male energy/stamina orientated supplement contains 60 gummies, with 20 days supply at recommended dosage. The gummies are very pleasant to the taste, though I can’t place the flavour. However these gummies contain 7 grams of sugar per serving, which is nearly a quarter of the NHS recommended intake of sugar per day. For reference a teaspoon of sugar is just over 4 grams. This supplement contains a range of ingredients. I list the specific potential benefits I may gain from the supplement that I am interested in and those I believe are complementary. There are other potential benefits from these ingredients. I am interested in Maca for potential benefits in relations to stamina and endurance for exercise, brain function, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties, libido and associated desire. I am interested in L-Arginine for potential benefits in relation to blood pressure, sexual function, triglyceride management and general athletic performance. Ashwagandha interests me for potential benefits in exercise endurance and muscle strength. Also cognitive function and cholesterol management. Tribulus Terrestris holds interest for me for its potential benefits for libido and general sexual function. Also for exercise performance and muscle strength, blood sugar management. Vitamin B6 and B12 for heart, eye and brain health. Also for nerve and immune health and energy. Overall this is a very interesting set of premium ingredients. It is a shame it has quite so much sugar in a daily dosage though, which is the reason I have slightly lowered the rating.

This package of 60 gummies for male enhancement doing great job I must admit, the gummies are very comfortable and easy to take, recommended daily dose is to take 3 gummies so this package will be enough for 20 days and I'm 100% sure that they will do excellent job in this period, the contains really good vitamins like B6, B12, only 30 calories per serving, 7g of carbohydrates, only 7g of sugar per serving, and many more very useful and helpful for our body vitamins. I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price and great quality gummies.

I appreciated the comprehensive ingredients. It's always nice to know exactly what goes into a supplement and this was clearly indicated on the label. The gummies are a great consistency and did not stick together in the tub which has happened to me before with other gummies. Pleasant flavour which makes it easy to integrate into my daily routine. I have been using these for around 9 days, and could say maybe can feel a bit more energetic, especially after the gym sessions. Hopefully while using it further it will increase recovery and stamina as well. Overall it's a good supplement which offers a variety of good ingredients, one little thing which could be maybe a bit better in a serving should be a bit less sugar.
