I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier. The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet. I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

The product quality is good. But haven’t been convinced by my wife’s argument about the benefits

I have no idea what star rating to give because I’ve purchased three of these, I checked it out with the little device they sent, and it lit up. What I didn’t check was whether or not it lit up without being plugged in. It does light up without being plugged in. I’ve tried to reach The Company a number of times. There is no phone number. I’ve sent messages the way they prefer to be contacted, but I’ve never received a response. My point is I have no idea whether it’s working or not. I have not noticed a difference. It may be fine, it may be the latest scam. I don’t know.

I really like this product. I sent it back and bought the fitted sheet. I got tired of adjusting this. I have an adjustable bed, and needed the fitted sheet to work well with my adjustable bed. I had no hip, back, shoulder, knee or ankle pain at all when I used this. My blood sugars went down as well... I didn't expect that! Also my blood pressures are much better. I slept though the night and would tell anyone thinking of buying one to get it!
