Definitely got the job done for what I needed it to. I used it as an insulator for my basement. I noticed a wind entering by the window during the winter. It was killing my heating bill. I just basically liquid foamed it unto the needed area. Problem solved.

I am so brain dead from this move, I made a huge error in MY misunderstanding of what this great thick blocks of security foam is best used for, NOT the products fault? Nope, my stupidity strikes again. I thought it was more sheets than blocks, but the two (2) blocks of foam are amazing in keeping items safely enclosed from damage or danger. The two (2) foam blocks are best used together after hollowing out an area somewhat patterned by the item to be enclosed in, then placing that inside the safety of the thickly piles of foam? This (2 piece) Polyurethane Foam Sheet set is perfect for me and those miscellaneous/lose sockets that don’t have a home…and everyone has them. You know…the ones that roll around in the bottom of your toolbox or chest drawer that you have to pick up to see if it is the one that you are looking for. I ordered these to put an end to the mundane and annoying task of random socket searching. I used my hole saw bits to find the closest fit to the sizes of the rogue sockets. I then bored the holes into the foam, removing the core and slicing off the lower 1” to reinsert and use as a base for the socket. When completed, I intend to label each of the holes with an acrylic paint pen to identify sizes. Cutout diameters and depths can be adjusted to accommodate various sizes of standard and deep well sockets. At 12 x 10 x 2.125 they fit nicely into my tool chest drawers and the high-density foam is strong…not feeble or flimsy. There are cheaper foam blocks out there but these matched the density, size and thickness that I was looking for.

This will be a good secure nest for fragile/valuable items. price too high in my opinion, but it will work ok.

These are the perfect size for laptop projects at 12 x 10 x 2 inches. My wife uses them for needle felting which needs the foam to be thick as the needle is repeatedly pressed through the piece being worked on. They are very light, weighing just 2 oz each, and quite stiff, such that I can't bend them even with serious effort. I guess they are just pieces of foam but they have proved very useful. Recommended

These foam pad are great for medium sized containers to protect fragile items such as camera equipment or electronics. It is light weight yet firm enough to provide the needed protection. It is easy to cut to the form needed. I do recommend and I would buy this again.

This foam is great. It holds its shape well can be melted and cut. This foam is deep enough to fit around gear in a case or in a drawer. The foam can be glued without melty reactions to the glue. This is such a versatile material for cutting, shaping and glueing for a variety of projects.
