Headrest Monitors Are Not Bad For The Price!!!
I bought these headrest monitors to compliment my 10.1" Android Double DIN Touchscreen Radio and leather seats. The monitors are easy to install and connect to the radio and power source. The hardest part is routing the headrest wires through the back of the seats. If you have "J Clips," you can unclip the seat covers using a pair of pliers and a flathead screwdriver. If you are using a radio that doesn't have composite video output(s) you will need a USB to CVBS adapter. This will allow you to transmit video signals to the headrests via USB ports. You can use "T-taps" to tap the headrest power wires into the cigarette lighter socket, etc. For this method you may need to wire the headrests to a push button or toggle switch, or you can use a "wired fuse tap" to tap into the fuse panel's accessory power. In regards to the headrest quality, the overall video quality is excellent for LCD, in my opinion. You really can't complain for the price. The monitors have two AV inputs, but don't have internal speakers or card readers. They come with two IR remote controls, and installation hardware. The only issue that I found is that the LCD screen may separate from the headrest if you put too much weight on the headrest. The screens have clips that secure the screens to the headrest. If the screens detach, you can push the screens back into the headrest, but the bottom plastic frame may not line up properly. I've only had this happen with one screen. I'm confident that Amazon would issue a replacement set of headrests, but I'm not willing to uninstall everything for something that costs a little over $100. Aside from that problem, I really can't complain. I recommend this product to everyone. Just remember to be careful because the headrests are delicate. I've included a video and photo in support of my review.

A resounding "meh"
Quality is --- alright. They do the job adequately. However, there's zero documentation in the manual about WHY there's two RCA connectors with different genders. It SEEMS like the 2nd one is for a 2nd input, because there's a video 2 mode on the device, but this isn't actually documented anywhere, and I only have one video source to test with, so I can't confirm this is actually how it works. Also, even with the little plastic adapters, the fit is wonky at best. It doesn't engage correctly with my seat, so the latching that holds the head in place doesn't work right, and the adapters can pull out of the seat if you try to move the headrest up or down. Here's a tip that's not documented - the angle on the headrests is adjustable. Just push it how you want it. Finally, these are NOT HD of any kind. They're old-school standard definition. If you want HD, move on, you won't get it here. FWIW, though, they don't actually advertise to be HD. They're good enough to let the kids watch cartoons or whatever, but don't expect crazy sharp images. But, they're good enough that the kids can watch netflix on them going down the highway (with the help of about half a dozen adapters and a roku stick shoved inside my dashboard) All told, they're cheap, but they work. If you want cheap and don't mind crappy fitment, go for it. But if you want nice, factory like fit and finish, seek another product.
