This product is magic. I have tried so many remedies for dry sore nasal passages over the years, and the contents of this small jar have finally cured my discomfort. Small jar, yes, but I have been using this for four months now and still have enough left for maybe another two months. I highly recommend this nasal moisturiser.

Excellent stuff, I have sjogrens and I was in a lot of pain in my nostrils and sinuses with dryness. I apply a tiny amount with a cotton bud morning and night and my sores have gone inside my nose and I’m much more comfortable, so glad I found this.

Nice gel. Does the job

Greatly reduced nosebleeds. Lasts a long time (in nose) and I got at least 8 weeks use out of the tiny pot, so not as expensive as it seems. I used it twice a day.

I purchased this to help with dryness of my nose caused by my c-pap machine. It has been helpful. I apply a small amount to the inside of each nostril with a cotton swab before going to bed each night. If needed, I apply more in the morning. It has no odor and is a good texture. Yes, it is a small container, but a little of this goes a long way.

I struggled with a severely dry nose. It got to the point that my nose would bleed every time I sneezed. After trying several other gels, I was lucky enough to find this. Within two days no sign of crusting, bleeding or associated pain. Yes it was difficult to open , that’s the only drawback. I’ve made sure I twisted it snugly closed after every use. I've had no issues with it drying out. The instructions say more is less. Yes, very true, but that’s only with how much you use at one time. I used it every time my nose hurt or felt dry. No, it’s not a large container, but it is a miracle in a jar!
