No issues whatsoever with the vendor. The printer itself is fine, a little finicky about the paper width. I had upgraded from the USB version. It's very handy for more than address labels -- labeling attic storage boxes, homemade jam jars, hanging file folders (yeah, I'm old-fashioned).

Un très bon produit... Utiliser pour la traçabilité dans mon resto.

sehr schnelle Lieferung, sehr schönes Desgin. Anfangs hab ich gedacht, oje (68J), wie soll ich das nur bewerkstelligen, Rechner hat Gerät nicht erkannt. Dann bin ich auf Brother, wurde schnell fündig und dann ging es ziemlich flott. Alles sehr gut beschrieben, a bisserl probieren, dann klappt es hervorragend. Finde auch ganz super, das ich damit auch Adressaufkleber gedrucken kann, selbst kreieren, auch das Wechseln der Etiketten ist sehr einfach. Klar ist es etwas teurer, auf jeden Fall das Geld wert und würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
