I really like these back rollers. Unlike the solid 2.5-3 footers they help align your spine and massage the muscles directly on either side of the spine. The only caveat is when using the taller ones you need to be balanced well. If not you tip to one side, land on the solid ring and it doesn’t feel the best! Just make sure you are balanced for the taller wheels. The variable sizes are a definite plus!

I just received this. I used the largest wheel and after 2 minutes I had the biggest pop, more like a thud in my back. I wasn't sure if it was good or bad, but oh my the problem I had in my back for two weeks was fixed. I install granite tops and I was having back pain for two weeks and knew from prior experience this is what I needed other than a chiropractor. The pain relief was instant and I couldn't be happier I bought this. Normally my back will reset itself but it was just causing pain. One thing I worried about was the construction of the these wheels. I am 210 pounds and it supported my weight easily. I can't thank this product and company enough for the pain relief this has helped with.

Does give a very good stretch and allows the back to pop. If your not use to a deep stretch it is also painful but your back feels better when you finished. Good quality & the material is very sturdy. i purchased the 5 pack and like the different sizes.

Originally wanted the Chirp wheels but then I found these at a better price. Still a little pricey but so soo good. I’m very active & neglected stretching a lot throughout my life. Now that I’m older my back has really been starting to feel it. Everyday after I workout I’ll take some time & use each of these wheels & I feel so much relief, they work so well. Finally relieving some of my chronic back pain. I’ve honestly felt a huge difference since using these. Love the different sizes. Had no idea how the sizes made a difference until I actually used them individually. Staple item for any active individuals.

Works pretty good. I love the foot roller. The rings seem to be pretty sturdy for my 220 lb frame. If you can get down on the floor it works pretty well. Heard a few small spine pops first time. Felt better afterwards. Tried smaller back rollers against a wall. That worked good too. Loosened thing up.

I think I’m addicted to these. Prior to getting them I would ask anyone with arms to crack my back in any and all environments. I live alone so I don’t always have access to other humans, and my back seems to get increasingly tense with each passing day. I decided these were the move since they’re a bit more practical than one of those machines you hang yourself upside down by your feet from. I like using each of them to stretch different areas and get satisfying little pops and cracks. The noises that come out of me when I’m rolling on these puppies are borderline inappropriate. They’re awesome quality and super sturdy. Very happy with my purchase

Basically this is a plastic circle with rubber glued on it but the seam isn't sealed so not the best quality have used a few days honestly don't feel any different except it aggregates my neck definitely prefer my teeter inversion table that definitely works and helps much more

This product not only helps with knots but also posture. Would highly recommend.

Best purchase ever. I use them every other day, been almost 1 years. Awesome for stretching and straightening the spine. Smaller you go deeper the stretche. Absolutely love these !

These were a good deal compared to the original brand "Chirp", the difference i can see is that these have a slightly deeper spine groove on them over the original Chip wheel, otherwise the padding , flex, stiffness of these wheels are ask good or maybe even better than the original chirp brand, chirp products are excellent, but highly overpriced. These were a great buy at literally more than half the price of the original.

These rollers are amazing with the design to fit your spine in the middle while ypu roll. The raised sides work your muscles down the spin. Fantastic for tight back .
