Garmin Map Pilot SD card 2015/2016 (A,B,CLA,CLS,E,GL.. class compatible)

Does what it says and for a good price. The only thing I would say I don't like is that everytime I start the car and go into the navigation system I have to go through the process of pressing the control button to 'agree' use of it and then have to scroll through the menu to get to 'road view'. On my previous C Class which came with the sat nav already installed it would just come on as soon as I pressed the navigation button. However I do think once it's up and running it has more info on the screen than I thought it would. Good to know what speed I am doing and what the speed limits are, although no idea how to update it without going through a Mercedes dealership.

After being told it would cost us £500 for the Garmin Map Pilot to be installed in our Mercedes A Class, by a Mercedes garage. I decided to do some research, found the sd card on Amazon, followed the instructions on Youtube and it took less than 5 minutes to load and working perfectly (and we’re not technical people)

So easy to install which I was a bit worried about. but all I did was slot the card into dashboard and link with car. it is ready to go. the display is grey and a bit bland so I changed it to garmin colour which is nicer and brighter. the lane information is clear, shows motorway sign and road picture as well as which lane to be in. great at a fraction of cost Mercedes retailer was going to charge us. Will recommend. We have Bclass 2015.

Do not buy this product it doesn't work, I emailed them and they just say it does work then nothing from them, sent the product back and still not heard anything back about it

Works perfectly, as it should because it appears to be the original equipment supplied to Mercedes. When plugged in to the car iIt took a little while to initialise then required me to confirm that this was the car for which it was bought (and this can't then be changed) so I'm very happy to pay less than half of the Mercedes price for the same item. My car is a 2017 model SLC - not mentioned in the list of models, but it does have the Audio 20 media system for which this was designed.

Having been quoted £ 500 by Mercedes in York I shopped around and came across this offering - Mercedes said it could not be genuine but said they were prepared to reduce their price............to £ 470.Having read the reviews on Amazon I went ahead and ordered on Monday ( not a Prime member ) and the parcel arrived on Tuesday. I was expecting an SD card in bag but was impressed to receive the full package, sealed and with everything the Dealer had showed me originally.Installed the SD card and 5 minutes later hey presto !!! The full works all installed ( SLC model ).Great price and first class service, totally recommended.

I’ve just received my SD card for my 2016 A-Class, works perfectly! It is basically plug and play, so much cheaper than buying it from my Mercedes dealership. Seller was very helpful too!
