Great performance and it cools like a champ

I bought and installed this air compressor for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2007 quite a while ago, and so far it has worked perfectly. I had some doubts at first since it’s not an OEM part, but honestly, it hasn’t given me any issues at all. It’s been fully reliable and does its job without any problems. Hopefully it stays that way after this review 😅, but for now, I can definitely recommend it. It works perfectly for this vehicle. 🚗❄️

I first ordered an autodevil compressor first because it was 20 dollars cheaper. Big mistake. would not engage at all even though i got 4 ohms on the coil. wasted 2 cans of r134a. Found this ECCPP one and it was a life saver. came in fast and perfect fit for my 09 sonata. Blowing cold now. The connector mount was different but was easy enough to zip tie the cable to it to keep it away from the pully.

Just what I needed

Fitment was spot on. Pretty simple and straightforward process of replacing. Emptied oil that came prefilled, refilled with pag46 with UV dye(also on Amazon)( roughly 130cc. Installed along with new condenser and drier. Pulled down to complete vacuum for about 20mins,let sit for half hour,it held vacuum 1st time(luckily). Then added 3(12 oz) cans of r134 refrigerant( 2 while truck was off, 1 while truck was running and spraying water across the condenser). Now I need a jacket and beanie when it's a 100degrees+. Seems of decent quality. I don't expect to get the longevity of a denso, but at roughly a 3rd of the cost: I'm happy with this purchase. Simply cuz it's not that difficult of a mechanical endeavor to replace. Ps. Remove the intake air box and skid plate for easier access, as well as removing the splash guard in the passenger side wheel well for easier access to the compressor mounting bolts. Good luck

Me a trabajado muy bien en mi versa, es de los más económico que encontré y no me defraudó. Recomendado.

Una vez armado en mi vehículo no encendió debido a una pieza que llegó quemada. Para evitar el proceso de devolución, se usó la pieza del compresor que se había retirado del vehículo. El calor en la ciudad de Mérida rebasa los 40 grados.
