Check your current meds and find out what time of day is best.
I just learned that I need to separate taking this from blood pressure meds. Let's find out the difference in a few weeks. But so far so good.

I thought my Dr was mistaken
I'm a Rn, night shift, I vape all day & I'm not a good day sleeper. Years of this has caused my bp to average around 160/100. My Dr has prescribed Amlodipine but I just didn't want to start on rx meds yet, so I decided to try beet root. I've been taking these for a month. I got labs done, so they checked my BP too. It was 138/90, so I told them that was wrong & to recheck it lol & the numbers were still about that much. Skeptical, the next time I went to work, I checked it myself & it was 136/84! I was amazed! My mom passed a year ago from hypertension issues & had a hard time managing the meds & side effects. I'm about to order a 2nd bottle & I'm so relieved that I found an option that's natural & actually working. Of course I'll be changing my habits too but those good numbers have given me extra motivation. Much appreciated!
